Came out this morning to a dead battery. Knowing it was old and needed to be replaced, I called Eli’s and left a message. Got a text a few minutes later asking for my info and address and Eli was here within 90 minutes with a new battery and had it replaced in about 15. Couldn’t ask for an easier process or better service. Thanks, Eli!

Would not recommend. I called on a weekday morning and left a message. I got a call back 2 day later at 6pm. Eli said he was busy. I told him the issue again and sent a text to my complex at 7pm to charge me $75 to tell me the wiring was bad. He told me to send the Vin number and would give me a quote through next morning...still no call back

Eli’s mobile auto solutions was quick, easy and provided 5 start service. He responded right away to my needs and was friendly while doing so. The service was convenient, he pulled up as soon as he finished his first job so he came same day. I highly recommend using his services especially if your car is down or you’re stuck!

I evacuated to Atlanta from Florida for hurricane Milton. In the trip my truck started making an unusual noise. I contacted Eli because of his super high Google rating. He was responsive, communicative and polite. He let me know when he was going to be able to take a look at my truck (within 24 hours of contact) and was on time and friendly. He assured me that I was safe to drive back to Florida and didn’t try to hard sell me to use his services. He indicated what my mechanic back home needed to do and sent me on my way. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am to have chosen so well on a whim. I would recommend Eli to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and fairly. Thanks again pal!

As someone who doesn't knowuch about cars, and always feels like I can never tell if a mechanic is trying to get one over on me. I had a phenomenal experience working with Eli! Not only did he take the time to explain every step of the process, and best practices in maintaining my vehicle. Eli also uncovered shoddy workmanship on my tire, which caused a $1000+ issue to turn into a $50 issue. This is my guy for everything auto related going forward! Thanks Eli!

Eli is flexible with your schedule and quick yet pays attention to detail on his work. Price seems fair and he's not out to get you, so definitely inquire about the service you need beforehand and the price of it. He texts throughout the process and lets you know if he finds anything wrong with the vehicle during inspection. Overall, if you don't like corporate chain mechanic stores and you live close to the Battery / Smyrna, then this is your guy!
