One of the worst shops I have ever been to. After spending $1673, went home with the same issue on my bmw, was missing a part and Eli sent me home without the part on the car (when I came in to the shop I have an intake hose), had the car towed twice and still runs hot! Overcharged me for parts, about 40% over stock price. Never did get an itemized list of parts I paid for. With going to school to become a doctor I have exams and cannot deal with this. My husband had not had a car now to look for a job because they kept the car a total of two weeks and still no working vehicle. Will not go back here, ever again. Not even sure if it’s legal for me to pay for a car that is still broken. They did not uphold their end of the deal.
