An employee damaged my rim trying to remove a stripped lug nut. This tire shop is the only shop I’ve went too in the last 2 years for tires. They recommended a welder shop near by to remove the lug nut and agreed they would replace my tire free of charge to compensate the damages. Upon returning the owner refused to change the tire free of charge, said his employee didn’t damage the rim or lug nut, referred to us as N words, spoke of getting a pew pew, and called other men out as a threat. All because he no longer wanted to compensate on what he agreed upon due to his employee negligence. This all transpired while my car was jacked up in the air. I also have pictures of the damage his employee did to my lug nut and rim. 0/10 recommend.

I went in for a used tire last time I bought one they were only like 25 bucks for mounting balancing and putting it on boy was I surprised $45 for a used tire now and the tire was a decent one but it wasn't great but I recommend this tire shop to anybody that needs a tire they did a great job they were speedy they were nice they they did what they said they were going to do and I was in and out inside 20 minutes I highly it's a good place to get a decent used tire

They suck went to get my tire fixed it had a slow leak they came out rude saying they wasn't fixing my tire but would put air in it and had the nerve to say come back tomorrow we open at ten o'clock how would I get there if my tire flat I believe people who gave them good reviews is they own people I highly recommend don't go waste your time going there unless you of their race they was actually fixing and changing tires of their own kind they suck

Great people! I was helping a person from out of town broke down, he was low on money, and they gave a great price with a plate of food for him as well, God Bless Eli Tire!!!
