Excellent service and repairs on my Toyota Tacoma. Excellent customer service, as well. Electric Lab offers rides home to customers as well as pickup after their vehicle is ready and the waiting room is very comfortable with free coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks available. I NEVER have had to bring my truck back after the terrific mechanics at EL have worked on it. I will never go anywhere else. *My service manager now understands that I prefer to speak with him and not be notified by text if something is flagged during a regular maintenance service. I want to keep my truck in excellent running order so I always want those flagged items discussed with me and taken care of immediately. That was not always understood.

I'm impressed! Needed a smog check for my '92 Camry. This is the best shop to use if your older car still goes on the roller for its test. Many repair shops refuse to smog test the old cars because it takes time and knowledge. Well, Electric Labs will get it done. Not only that, but they will shuttle you home and back while your test or repair is completed. I really appreciated this. Even better, the courtesy driver, who goes by the name Woody, was hilarious. I really enjoyed visiting with him. He is so funny, I was laughing to hard to drink my complimentary coffee. Anyway, the service writer, Kyle, was really great too. He quickly wrote up the work order, and took the time to listen to me, an old man who tends to blather on. Kyle is a real asset for Electric Labs. I didn't meet the smog tech who goes by G.C., but I can tell he is the real deal pro. I had given my Camry a tune up prior to the smog check, but neglected to check the timing. I took the car home, after another hilarious ride with Woody. I set the timing and drove back to the Lab. I received a call a short time later from Kyle.. he broke the news to me that when I adjusted the timing I had broken a vacuum switch. G.C. the tech had spotted my mistake and Kyle showed me the location of the switch. I was impressed that G.C. had spotted that little hose dangling from the broken switch... like I said, he's a Pro. I took the car home, replaced the switch, took it back to the shop, another joyful ride back home with Woody, and then the call from Kyle who was pleased to tell me the Camry passed smog! I do my own repairs, sometimes it takes me a few tries! However, Electric Labs is the only place I recommend for those who need an excellent repair shop. I suspect that they have a stable full of top notch mechanics! John

I called Electric Labs about getting a brake flush in my electric vehicle. Kyle was great and, once he verified that their technician could do it, I took my car there. The shop was spotless and the waiting room was stocked with drinks and very comfortable. Kyle arranged to have a driver take me home and then pick me up when my car was ready. The driver was very personable and professional. I received text messages that kept me up to date on my car’s progress. I would highly recommend Electric Labs for your automotive needs.

I took my car in for repair on it not starting. They had it for over a month. Could not resolve the problem.charged me $426 for non repaired car. $100 for it to be towed to another repair shop. I brought it back and opened the trunk to find none of my electrical parts were put back and my rear wing is inoperable. This is the worse repair I have had to pay for in my life from Electric Lab. I can't believe Electric Lab did this and charged me for it.

I towed my car in and explained we were in a rush because a family member was vomming into town. Dropped it on Thursday evening no call all day Friday so I called John. He said someone quit and he is backed up, understandable if he would have said this in the beginning I would have taken it elsewhere. He assured me he would call first thing Monday morning......NOTHING! NOTHING UNTIL TUESDAY AFTERNOON. NOW THE STARTER IS OUT AND NOTHING WAS EVER WRON WITH THE STARTER? I JUMPED IT WITH A CABLE BEFORE TAKING IT IN. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND A GOOD HONEST SHOP?

It is my opinion, these days, that Customer service is most oftenly at a bare minimum, if that. I give Electric Labratory a 5 Star in Customer service! Nick, was the person that assisted me throughout the process of getting my car diagnosed. His Customer service was TOP NOTCH! He explained thoroughly, answered every question I had with importance, assured me that I was at the right place, and more. I felt valued as a customer from beginning to end. Thank you Nick!
