Just had a simple flat tire and they were able to get me patched up and on the road in less than 45 min from when I arrived. Nice guys, very fair price.

Terrible experience. Called twice to make sure they had my tire size. They called me back AGAIN to confirm tire size. The address on yelp is not updated. I had to call again for the right address took me an additional 10/15 mins. I had places to be and they have no respect for ppls time. I get there they take off the tire and disappear for 10-15 mins and I have to get out my car to look for the mechanic. Turns out they didn’t have my tire size and the owner went to go get the tire at another place. So I told the mechanic I wanted my tire back on because I didn’t want to wait and I had to be somewhere. They trapped me into buying a tire with them after the mechanic denied being able to put on my tire. Just unprofessional and no respect for peoples time. Don’t take your business here. I wanted support a Latino business but this one definitely took me by surprise and very unhappy with their services. And lack on retaining customers. It’s a small shop and they most likely don’t have all the equipment needed nor supplies because they didn’t have what they said they had. And had to go else where to get the tire and upsell it to me. I had no choice but to get the tire as I did need it but was very unhappy with the service and the way it was handled. He should’ve atleast told me they didn’t have my tire before taking off and making me feel forced to purchase the tire. Terrible experiencia. Llamé dos veces para asegurarme de que tenían mi tamaño de neumático. Me llamaron OTRA VEZ para confirmar el tamaño de los neumáticos. La dirección en Yelp no está actualizada. Tuve que llamar de nuevo para obtener la dirección correcta, me tomó 10/15 minutos adicionales. Tenía lugares donde estar y no tienen respeto por el tiempo de la gente. Llezo allí, me quitan el neumático y desaparecen durante 10-15 minutos y tengo que sacar mi coche para buscar al mecánico. Resulta que no tenían mi tamaño de neumático y el propietario fue a buscar el neumático a otro lugar. Así que le dije al mecánico que quería volver a poner mi neumático porque no quería esperar y tenía que estar en algún lugar. Simplemente poco profesional y sin respeto por el tiempo de la gente. Me negaron poner me la llanta y fue una trampa. Gaste 1 hr para que me cambiaran una llanta. Y 165$ por una llanta. Perde también unos boletos que valen 100$. Muy mal experiencia. Llueven su negocio a otro lado porque aquí no valuan los negocios de la gente.

First, the guy is very respectful and honest. The service is reliable and the price is reasonable. It's hard to take ur car to other places once u saw their service. The other thing I like about it is u can see what they are doing on ur car so u will be no skeptical. I strongly suggest to take ur car to this place for ur solution.

I highly recommend El Yucateco! They helped me out when my car broke down due to a bad alternator, had a leak, and they changed my battery. They got everything done faster than I thought. Everyone who works there is friendly and will make time for you. I will definitely take my car back here whenever I need help with it again in the future!

I worked in the automotive industry for 10 years and I’m reluctant to take my vehicle to most shops. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Santo in for the last 3 years and he’s always been quick, honest and reliable. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you team

I would like to say I've been taking my rogue their for a few years now they do an awesome job on whatever I need fixed I just had major work done and the price was GREAT!!!!! I suggest if u need any car work done go there ask them they are friendly and always willing to help you it's in the corner of stark and 130th same place space age gas station is they can help you try them you will be amazed thanks guys you did an outstanding job on my rogue I will be back thanks again

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. Finding an honest mechanic is difficult to come by. I’ve had work done here on 2 of my cars from 2010 Lincoln Town Car to my company car 2017 Buick Lacrosse ranging from oil changes to suspension work to engine diagnostics to full brake jobs each time I’ve been pleased with the level of service and how fast they work they don’t mess around these guys get right to work and take care of business to make sure that my cars are operating correctly and I’m back on the road to help service my clients. Pasé por ahí llevé mi carro arreglar me agarraron la información y me dijeron que me iban a llamar para atrás para darme la hora y el día y un estimado para llevarlo para atrás jamás me llamó para atrás el muchacho yo la verdad no recomiendo esa clase de servicios yo entiendo que los mecánicos tienen muy malas formas de trabajar pero si llevas tu carro a este lugar vas a ver lo que estoy hablando

CERO .0 estrellas Me cobraron $500.0 por un trabajo mal echo pusieron las bujías erróneas y me entregaron mi carro se jaloneaba mucho y se me apagó y puso duro el volante. Hablé directamente con el dueño del taller que fue con quien hice este trabajo y me dijo que “NO me iba a regresar mi dinero .. LA NEGLIGENCIA de esta persona a puesto mi vida y la de mi familia en peligro … NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR LES VAN A ROBAR Y PREGUNTEN VAN ESCUCHAR COMO ELLOS HACEN NEGOCIOS MAL ECHOS .. A mis cuñado también no le hicieron su trabo bien y le robaron … pregunte no tome Solo mi palabra … Estoy muy enojada por la in responsabilidad de estas personas .. ⚠️⛔️ I took my car there to get the spark plugs fixed The Mechanics put the wrong size of used volts and charge me $500 the car broke down and they did not give me my money back.. This is a business that Cheats, and this is the kind of business they perform. don’t take my word for it …ask around and you will see … I talked to the owner and he doesn’t not care for the safety of his clients. negligence is what they are good at it …

I highly recommend El Yucateco Auto Repair & Tire. Santos is an excellent mechanic and has provided excellent service to my vehicle. He has been able to diagnose and correct problems with my vehicle that other mechanics have failed to do. He has also been able to locate parts for an older car. He is fast in his service time, goes above and beyond what other mechanics do and is very reasonable in his prices. You won't be disappointed in his work!!!

Very friendly and professional. Prices are lower for oil changes. You don't need an appointment if they're not busy. I did 2 oil changes in a month and both times they just told me to pull up. It took less than 30 min each time.
