Llegué con la llanta ponchada, le pusieron una plugger sin quitar la llanta. Pedí que la revisaran y me aseguraron que no era necesario. Al día siguiente amanecí ponchado de nuevo. Fui de nuevo (perdí el día de trabajo) Pedí garantía, le pusieron otra plugger y me volvieron a cobrar. Llamé a la oficina central a hacer el reclamo y me dijeron que el dueño se comunicaría conmigo. Nunca lo hicieron. En esta semana haré el reporte con protección al consumidor por haber hecho un mal trabajo, por haber arriesgado mi seguridad y por haber hecho perder mi tiempo. / I arrived with the rim punched, they put a plugger on it without removing the rim. I asked to be checked and they assured me that it was not necessary. The next day I woke up punched again. I went again (I lost the working day) I asked for a guarantee, they put another plugger on it and they charged me again. I called the headquarters to make the claim and they told me the owner would contact me. They never did. This week I will do the report with consumer protection for having done a bad job, for having risked my safety and for having wasted my time.

Would give a ZERO star if possible highly not recommended unless you want to get scammed and get a rigged tire that will be flatter than the one you came with!! Not worth the stress just go elsewhere.

I came and told them my tire size tried selling a bigger size said no my car is to low for that tire still installed the tires I said no to had to come back for the right tire size and was giving attitude as if it was my fault for there mistake first time here and that’s the customer service we got

Si podría poner zero estrellas lo haría. Aquí se aprovechan de la gente. Fui un domingo con una llanta de tractor y me vieron que andaba de apuro con una emergencia para reparar la llanta y se aprovecharon de mi y me cobraron $70 para parcharla. Hubiera ido en mi carro y me cobran $15 por el mismo proceso. Yo se lo que es arreglar una llanta y fue el mismo proceso no requirió más trabajo que una llanta regular. Pero todo bien, toda en esta vida se cobra perros.

Unfortunately, i had a horrible experience with taking my aunts truck to get it aligned. They left it worse after going with them. The guy just drove it around a couple of times and acted like he was doing stuff to it and never did anything. They dont give you no actuall proof they did anything to your vehicle. It's very unprofessional. Be aware and keep an eye on your vehicle. I personally dont recommend this place. I won't be going back for none of their services.

Employees aren't honest and are giving this location a bad reputation. Employees give you a different price rather then what the shop really charges. So be careful in getting scammed by the Employees.

If I could do Zero stars I would, DONT COME HERE IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY, COME W. Someone WHO KNOWS HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH. SOME OF THESE GUYS WILL TRY TO HUSTLE YOU $20 JUST TO TAKE OFF A RIM AND PUT IT BACK ON , WHEN REALLY THEY CHARGE $10

This place just charges you what they want to charge for services. There are no listed prices for services. I visited this location to swap new tires on a set of rims 2 weeks ago. I returned today to do for the exact same service on a different sent of rim same size and all, and I was charged almost double the amount. When I addressed the worker about the difference in price, I was told I was given a deal last time which I was unaware of to even appreciate it. I would have understood if he statedprices had changed but say i did you a deal was unprofessional to say, nor would that make me want to return there. I definitely will not return to this store ever. I will wait it out at Rafael's tire shop. Thats what I get for not staying loyal.

Although they were quick to help, I was quoted a lower price on the phone and told a higher price when I got there. Out of all south side tire places , even the lowest quoted price was still higher than the other shops. They do have a huge lot though. Card machine was also down so it was cash only, but it could have been just that day.

Review will be in english and spanish Bought spafe tire about 2 weeks ago was $40 soare tire expensive and had to use it today and after riding on it half a mile it popped didnt not last will not return especially rude employees. Will ot recommend to anyone! Go to pepe and son tire shop down the street instead. Compre esta llanta ase 2 semanas por $40. La tube que usar esta llanat la donita porque me quede ponchado y me os de media milla la dona que me vendieron exploto. They get you in and out. Tell them what you need or the problem and they'll get you cared for. Always training young workers also which I love! Tingon mascot sometimes can be spotted!

Uno de los trabajadores de ayi se porto muy grosero no fue el que me areglo la llanta y todavia me estaba cobrando el doble . One of the workers was very rude the very first minute I got there after another workers did the job then he proceed by charging me doble the price .

Very lousy service I waited for at least 30 minutes just to tell me there was more people ahead of me the guy in charge kept avoiding me so I went somewhere else
