A quick trip after work for an emergency tire fixed. Big screw in the middle of my tread. They were able to patch it, took care of me immediately. There are plenty of guys working there. They were all very nice. I was in and out of there in probably 15 minutes. It was cheap to fix. They are open till 7 o’clock, and they mean it, unlike the tire shop down the road that was supposedly open till 7 o’clock, but had all the guys go home done for the day at six. Great work ethic. Really appreciate they were there for me in my moment of need. Will definitely go back next time I need any tire work, including new tires.

I bought used tires from this place, and yes, I know used tires are used tires. I spent 220 total on 4 used tires. One went flat the other day left me and my daughter on the side of the road. Thank God for the midas tire shop coming to save us. When we got the flat tire off, the Midas guys noticed this tire had already been patched two times and was from 2017. All the other tires were over 6 years old and bald. I got one new tire from midas and went back to talk to Primo as he is in our neighborhood, and I'm sure it was done by mistake. Primo said at 1st O well, 3 days, Warrenty not my problem. I began to cry. He said ok I'll take my tires off, put bad tires on, and give you your money back. I was ok with that as I could put it towards the tires I have to buy. Well, he came out and looked at the tires that his guys put on my car and said, "Oh no, never mind, I can't resell those they are not safe. HE JUST SOLD THEM TO ME. So he had his guy hand ne 40 bucks for the tire that midas took off and walked away. So it was ok to sell me bad tires, and if he thought he could have gotten away with selling them to someone else he would have. This place is very shady. I would not trust them with your vehicle They are not concerned with anyone's safety, just making a quick buck. Again, used tires are used tires, but these were beyond bad by his own admittance. Buyer beware. All 4 tires have patches in them. Like before I bought them this place is scary.

Had a blowout called them up they had the tore i needed and service was fast. If in the area again and in need of a tire will definitely come here

Un mal trabajo ... Lleve mi camion para que le colocaran unos sensores y sacando las llantas me reventaron una y no se hicieron responsables .... De verdad son muy brutos para trabajar y hacen las cosas de mala gana ....

Okay, first, and just wanna say thank you to everyone at the shop, They stepped up helping me out when no other shop would. I definitely have to give a big shout out and special Thank you to Moses, as he put a bunch of effort into my situation..way more than any other technician. He was a human being, and he treated me like one. There are so many shops that will do any and all work that comes in. Just to make a $.. usually they never give a recommendation, nor care at all. Then there's just as many shops that won't do a simple job TO HELP A BROTHER OUT because they're afraid to be sued. My situation was a vehicle emergency situation where I had planned on doing the work at my own shop. But the way things had failed an hour away from home. It was either going to be close to triple what I would actually spend compated to Doing it myself.. 3 other shops said NO WAY and STAYED FIRM AFTER I explained to them the special situation. These PRIMOVguys completely understood ME..gave me the proper recommendations and warnings, and they did it not out of spite, but simply because they were making sure that I know the right way. At that time, any other shop that would have taken this job in most likely would have just done a half ass low effort, the car out of the shop job, but not moses.He actually put forth a professional effort, even laughing when I said heck, I would just grind it and get me moving. He laughed, said no. No, we'll get it done. And I can honestly say I had more fun just hanging out with him and doing my crappy job, add another shop. So this is a 5 stars for being human. It's a five stars for actually adjusting a price and not just making bank off of somebody.That's already having a horrible time, and it's 5 stars for being communicable...proper, and an overall good guy. there's a lot of guys that would come in there and just blow smoke up his butt and then complain when something goes wrong.. so I just commend him for taking up the proper position which lies between professional technician and an understanding human .

Mi hermanito fue a cambiar una Llanta y como no sabe de carros lo estafaron, le vendieron una llanta genérica de 50$ en 135$ y un balanceo que cuesta 50$ en 95$ puedes conseguir un buen Goodyear por 112, además de que dejaron las llantas con presión baja de aire

I arrived around 1:30 after driving around Jacksonville trying to find a tire place on a Sunday they did a very good job polite go me in and out. I was was impressed I will definitely be returning again.
