I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tire Mart in El Paso. I brought in my Jeep Gladiator for an alignment and was upfront about it having a lift and larger tires. I even called beforehand to confirm they could handle the job, and I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I got there, I was told they needed a special part to complete the alignment properly, costing over $300. Instead of being honest and telling me they couldn’t do the full job, they proceeded to do “half” of the alignment—if even that—and charged me $50. If you can’t do the job right, just say so. I’d much rather be told upfront than waste time and money for work that wasn’t done properly. To make matters worse, I was told I wouldn’t find a better price, which only added to the frustration since I now have to go to another shop to get the alignment done correctly. This experience feels dishonest and unprofessional. Charging someone for incomplete work, especially after claiming the job wouldn’t be an issue, is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

David and Isamar are life savers! I had my break pads replaced and was still getting grinding and screeching sounds every time I braked. They fixed up my rotors and did an alignment while also showing me exactly what was wrong. Pepboys told me I would need new shocks. They informed me that absolutely is not the case. Thanks to David I was able save myself money and unnecessary work on my 4 year old car. I will definitely be coming here regularly for my needs. Thank you so much guys!!

Got an inspection, tires, and suspension kit, and everything went well till the suspension kit. After about 3 days i noticed a difference in level, and i had gone back and they say that I had broken a piece of the suspension when i had been only driving on the road and nothing rough at all, keeping in mind the suspension system before was able to handle everything, they didn’t even take into consideration that maybe a part was installed wrong. They said they would give me a call back when they had received the new part and never received one call.

Just want to give these guys a special shoutout and show my gratitude for their help to me yesterday. I was traveling alone from Phoenix to central Texas and my low tire pressure light came on as I was on the interstate going through El Paso. I found this tire shop and even though they were fully booked, they gladly took care of me. I know nothing about tires, let alone cars, so I had been concerned that wherever I went, I could be taken advantage of—so I specifically prayed and asked the Lord for favor. They checked my tires and didn’t find any leaks or holes, aired up my tires, and replaced a missing valve. And they refused to take a penny from me. I’m so grateful for their kindness to me and am praying that God blesses them each specifically as well as the business.

Very bad service with the old management I been here 5 times for issues with both new tires and rims that I paid $ 1,700 and to top it of they sold my fire stones tires without letting me know and haven’t given me any money back to me at all. Nor the receipt that where sold
