I can’t thank the people from El Mante enough for being open late until 8 PM—it was a lifesaver! I arrived needing help, and Jeffrey got to work right away. He’s such a kind and professional young man, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently he handled everything. Luis, his awesome helper, was also fantastic :) It’s clear this is a family-run business, and their care and dedication show in their customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase tires or do any other business with them in the future. Jeffrey, keep up the amazing work—you get a 100 from me! Thank you so much for saving me tonight. Well they like to rudely hang up on customers in the middle of a phone call when you’re describing what size tire you have. I would highly recommend a different store Personally, I’d pay twice as much for better customer service

Came here Sunday and got a used tire (about $50) but unfortunately it wasn’t a good one (which is expected they are used) , drove off and car was shaky and felt uneven i was upset but knew it could be fixed so i came back today after work and told them the issue they happily checked it out and apologized on their behalf and said it was their mistake and gave a whole new one! Definitely would recommend!

This is my new go-to tire shop. Not many local shops open on Sundays so I fell upon this place which is close to our house. The guy who was there saved me so much time and money because unlike other places, he did not push me to replace the leaking tire and just started working on it immediately. He repaired the tire within 10 minutes and charged $10. I even got to watch the whole process. I couldn’t ask for better service!

I called to see if they had my size tire and what size the guy said he would check and told me to hold on…. I waited he picked the phone back up shortly after and hung up in my face….. great customer service skills 🤦🏾‍♀️
