Bought 2 tires less than 2 weeks ago, one was going flat, took it back with my receipt and they checked the tire and said it had too many plugs. I stated I had gotten it from them, showed them with my receipt in hand, but they refused to do anything about it and wanted me to purchase another one. No thanks…I’ll go somewhere else.

Go somewhere else...will tell you they can plug a tire so you pay the 20 or 25 bucks to have it done...they take the tire off and later on tell you it can't be plugged ..so a waste of 20 to 25 dollars and the owner is UNWILLING to put that towards a used tire...so u just took my tire off for no reason when u should've told me that before...rip off...and the owner was rude and unprofessional...will never spend another dime here

El general on broad river and Cruz tires on parklane both owned by the same people is giving out used tires and they are bald. The staff is very nasty and rude -0/10 DO NOT Recommend

Got off work to find a nail in my tire. Was able to go there and be seen almost immediately. Nail removed and tire checked for any leaks. I was back rolling in 30 minutes tops. And they didn't charge me some ridiculous amount for the work. I've been to then twice and I would come back again.

Bad, bad business they try to give me used tires with holes in them. They charged me $48 a piece for two used tires, then tried to charge me another $40 to put my used tires on. And the tires were not the right size for my car but, the boss dude acted like he didn't know English and said that they still would fit. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this tire spot

Went there to get my tire plugged for $10 and the patch $15. They said I had a slow leak around the stem. Remind you my tire didn’t leak any air the previous week. I told them I didn’t came here for that.. plug it for $10. They took the tire off and once they placed it back on. I sitting in the car waiting on my change. One of them walked up to me letting me know the job was done. I told him I am waiting on my change. He said something to the guy and then goes to say oh that wouldn’t have worked. Well I am the paying customer why you didn’t let me make that decision and took the rest of my money. They prices changes without you knowing be careful. Money hungry and I would say something else but I am not going to be mean!!
