I had trouble with my breaks because I had them installed at another place, and they did a poor job. But I tried this auto shop, and thanks to them, they did an awesome! job on my car, and the prices are decent. It has been my 3rd time here. The mechanics know what they are doing here. Don't think I'm trusting anyone else. I'm bringing my car here from now on.

Went and got a patch two weeks ago then the same tire started giving me problems. They guy said that he would put the spare tire on for free. When I went back to put it on, they charged me $10 to change the spare. Not satisfied as I just had to pay for service on the same tire within two weeks. And the guy said he wasn’t going to change me.

Wa were recommend this place by a friend. Horrible experience. Took our car to get the A/C checked. After a couple of days, we were told nothing was wrong with it. When picking up the car, the mechanic was horrible!! Asked what we wanted, all rude, and told him we were there to pick up our car. He turned around and just went back into the office and started laughing & chatting with the other mechanics, leaving us standing there. After like 10 minutes of waiting for our car my son in law went around the building to see about getting someone's attention & there was a guy in the car doing God knows what & was surprised by him standing there like dude what are you doing. My son innlaw asked him if they checked it, and the guy just kept repeating nothing wrong, nothing wrong & just threw him the keys, turned around, and walked off. We left the car with a full tank of gas, it was down more than a quarter and reaked of cigarette smoke!!!!! Idk how these people are in business. Beware of this place!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. They had my Tahoe for the whole day only to say the parts were wrong. However, they were not. Got the vehicle back the next day, after an alignment, with hand tightened sway bar links.

I had visited three other tire shops same day with no help and bad customer service. Last attempt was stopping here. I was welcomed like a friend and they too lo care of my tire in less than 20 minutes and a price lower than anyone else I dealt with. Using them again.

I tend to bring my vehicles here a lot, I purchased a set of used Yokohama tires for my SUV for 260-280 about two months ago. My tires have started humming and they blaming it on my vehicle/alignment.. lol ik they’re used but typically tires even used last a while.. I’ve never had issues with used tires. Took the tires to get checked, I was told them three of the set are basically worn out from the inside. Rather than this shop checking the issue, they “clean their hands” by telling me it’s my alignment.. my car is PERFECTLY fine

Wow I'm surprised and very happy 😁 I came here El Gato is the one place you can go and get your car problems fixed excellent job 💯💪 I recommend this place highly all the mechanics are respectful and friendly Jaime is cool and will give u legit price so awesome 😎also went in to get a tire plug put in was done fast and easy legit mechanics here for sure

Didn't realize I had a flat till late Saturday and of course most tire shops are closed on Sunday. Was glad it was open on Sunday because it saved me a lot of trouble.

I love this place. We live in Hondo, TX, and we will drive from Hondo to El Gato to service our vehicles or have them towed there. Always very satisfied with the work.

Very happy about my visit here. Staff was very efficient and had me in and out within 25 minutes, helping me with my flat. Keep up the good service!
