Called to ask if they could help with a flat tire as I was down the road, and they were extremely rude and said they were already closed even though they hadn’t closed yet. Guy showed no interest and definitely let us know that he didn’t care by his tone of voice. Wouldn’t give them my business if they were the last tire shop around. 0/10

The tire they gave me to replace my old tire went flat within a few hours. Couldn’t drive on it and had to call roadside assistance again to have a new tire put in place. No refund offered.

Do not go here. He stole my tire. I asked him to stay open for 5 more minutes as I had a tire emergency. He rudely said “i close in 10 mins if you’re here then I can help if not then no” Fair, didn’t need the attitude though. I get there and his assistant did the job and I asked him how much he was going to charge me to mount a tire. He said 20$…. to mount a tire. When I asked him why so much, he said if i was going to keep the tire or not. If it meant to not pay a 5$ disposal fee on his already expensive service I said yes, I keep it. He closed my trunk and never put the tire in the car. He stole it.

It was an okay experience. I did call to tell him after a week my tire popped and he said he didn’t care. I didn’t think that was too nice. Especially since he reassured me he had some really good tires. Not cool .. but the team did get things done in a timely manner. I wish the owner had more empathy towards giving me a bad tire. I got my tire last week and it popped 08/23/24

Terrible price gouger. We drove into a sink hole in front of their property and they decided to try and charge 100$ for a used tire. What kind of people are you? Go elsewhere.

Had a great experience. Jose provided honest, expert service at a more-than-fair price - successfully patching multiple holes in my tire without trying to upsell me to a new tire. No fancy waiting room or free bottled water (if that's important to you). I will definitely go back to El Dorado in the future.

It was my wife's bday and we're heading to Galveston and get a flat. Roll up, in and out in like 10 minutes. The guy who helped us was super nice, only charged us $10. Just wanted to write a review and let him know that he saved my wife's bday and I'm super appreciative. Thank you

I’m a business owner myself, and I can tell if an establishment really cares about helping their customers. Based on my experience, they do. That’s usually all that matters. I appreciate their help when I was in a bind with a gaping hole in my tire. They got me on my way and advised me correctly on what my next steps should be.
