PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I PAID 1700 FOR A TUNEUP AND BRAKES ON A 2012 BMW. PICKED UP MY CAR AND THE BRAKES WERE NOT FIXED AND MY CAR CUT OFF BEFORE I GOT TO MY NEXT DESTINATION/ WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID I CAN NOT GET A REFUND AND THEY DID THE BEST THEY COULD/ THEY SEEM REALLY NICE BUT ONCE YOU TELL THEM SOMETHING IS STILL WRONG THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE/

Came in to replace my coolant thermostat and one of my headlight. They told me 180 in the beginning, when I came back they said it was 450 was confused and apparently they mixed up my car which is crazy. Not only that they returned my car with a dead battery, and I literally replaced the battery myself a month ago. I was supporting this place for a long time but the inconsistencies with have made me dropped my review down. I've been here multiple times because it's convenient to where I live, they asked for your phone number to call you when your car is done but quite literally every time I've been here I have never been called. Highly recommend taking your work elsewhere.

Not good that they got over on me. Scamm)I pay $2700. and they messed up my car up. Run and don't look back. They will even ride your gas out. They are very rude and disrespectful. They wouldn't fix what they messed up. I took my car back to them to fix what they messed up . They told me that it was my timing chain. I told them that it was already fixed .He whoever told you that they lied. So I said you guys, the one who did, he got mad at me and told me to leave.When I showed them the receipt.

Please Please Please do not take your car to this place if you are not Hispanics they do not care. They replaced a rack and pinion and bent my power steering pump pulley and said they didn't do it but they were the last ones to work on my car. They wanted me to pay them to fix what they messed up. I do not recommend anyone to use this place

Went to get car fixed by these guys, wasnt told what was wrong but was charged $350 just for my car to break down on me two weeks later from the same issue that i still dont understand yet what it is smh my these guys are crooks and jokes please do no business with them run away

The staff here are wicked, and the manager, I took my car there to fix the AC. They took $350 from me that they will order a part and fix it.they did nothing, and when I challenged the manager, he said I needed to change my radiator too.Don't leave your car with them they are not trustworthy

LIARS and THIEVES !!!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME and MONEY told me my car was fixed paid them money upfront only to find out they didn’t fix the problem at all. DEFINITELY NEED A NEW CASHIER, VERY RUDE and IGNORANT!!!!

My first two times using this shop I was a major sceptic. It was done so quickly and at a fair price. Both repairs have actually been the issue and not something else that leads to whatever actually needs to be fixed . Both repairs are still in tact. 💯👍🏽

My mom took her truck up there they replaced a part and then sent her on her way then the car brakes down and they tell her that the new part made another part break but didn't tell her that that would happen. Then they tell her she needs to specially order the part for $1500 not including the labor. And that just sounds like a small claims court situation to me. How can you knowingly replace a part that will wear down another an not think to mention that to the person causing them to get stuck then look them in the eye and tell them they now need to replace said part and pay for everything. What kind of scam are your running!

They put a transmission in my car 2 times didn’t tell me they put a whole new one in after I picked it up I started having electrical problems and when I took it to another mechanic he didn’t wanna touch it cause my transmission was put up with ZIP TIES😡

They’re just a little high compared to other shops, and I don’t understand why they will put your part on, but they can’t warranty their own work, not the part, but their work meaning labor
