Don’t buy used tires from here! They installed one with a hole. They said used tires don’t have a warranty which is fine if it pops later but how are you going to install one that’s already popped? They should check them before selling them to customers. Waste of money and time. Don’t recommend this place at all. Had to take my car to a new tire shop and when they took it off, they showed my El Chaparro tire shop sold me one with previous patches on it. When El Chaparro showed me the tire, he rolled it to make sure the patches were on the top so I couldn’t see them. Very shady. He said the tires were good. Zero stars if I could.

They are a scam, yesterday i got a used thre today it is puncture, he asks $30 more for the puncture.

Honesty is key. The short Mexican guy popped my tire hub cap and tell me I didn’t have one to begin w. I believed in for a second, then I checked a photo I took the night before of my tire when I was changing it, and it had one. Then when I confronted him, he went to the back and grabbed it but it was broken. I didn’t think much of it because it was my first time getting tired, but I should’ve gotten a discount for my trouble and for their dishonest. Probably not returning there again. Other than that, good service and they negotiate prices a little.

Went in because my tire was low, I assumed it was a nail. Employee says you want patch or plug I said patch. He tells me it will be $20 dollars I agree. He does his job and after he installs the tire finds another nail in the same tire and says damn let me take it out, I say ok. He does his thing and after he installs the second time tells me it will be $40 since he had to do two patches. At no point did he mention the additional charge while he was doing the service. I told him he should have checked from the beginning if there were more nails, and told me the price, then I could have made a more informed decision and I more than likely would have bought a new tire. But the employee begins to argue with me about why I don't agree to the additional charge if I was not aware of it from the start. Terrible customer service and bad experience other places are cheaper but I went there because it had good reviews. Avoid this shop, there are many other shops around the corner that will not treat their customers badly. 0/10
