I took my car to get my tires balance cause I felt wobbling during drive. When I left & got on the interstate my car started barring to the left & right which it wasn’t doing that before & it was wobbling more than it was before. when I called the shop to let em kno he said oh u probably need some rotors but I can check the balance of the tire for u. When I first went back to the shop the guy that assisted before wasn’t helpful at all nothing he said made sense on why my car would all of sudden start driving like that. I demanded to speak to somebody else in charge he lied & said no was there he would have to call them but, a boss lady ended up coming from the back to assist me, she had the technician put my car on the machine to make sure all my tires were aligned, properly balanced & made a few suggestions to get me back on the road. She was very helpful.

I had a flat tire on my birthday boohoo... It was a blessing in disguise.Because I hate run flat tires... They got me in and out quickly and did a great job and the lady that took care of me was very pleasant and nice💖

I had the absolute worst service with this business. I had my vehicle towed for $100 to the shop by the shop. I had the vehicle diagnosed and was quoted a $1500 price for some spark plugs and four sensors. Most of which was labor cost. I am a single mother and asked the mechanic to fix a certain issue once it was diagnosed. In which the mechanic refused and told me that if I did not get everything fixed, he would not fix anything at all. Leaving me still to pay for a $85 diagnostic and I was already out of the hundred dollars for the Tow and I still had to pay to get my car towed off of his lot. I have never had that happen before. Definitely would not recommend!!! After everything, I spent nearly $200 after taxes for nothing!!!

La peor decisión que puedes hacer es ir a este lugar porqué trabajan de la peor forma posible,fui hacer una alineación y balanceo y la camioneta quedó igual no mejoró en nada aparte que sus precios son extremadamente altos,es la peor llantera de Indianapolis,no los recomiendo absolutamente para nada

Estas personas tienen unos costos excesivos además que no cumplen con lo que venden son unos irresponsables es el peor lugar de Indianápolis me hicieron una porquería y cobraron carísimo! Y lo peor que no les importa cuando reclamas ! Odie este lugar tanto como las personas que trabajan allí ! Irresponsables incompetentes

I needed a tune up on my vehicle bad, but also didn’t want to break the bank. El Camino accepted my car in with no issue. They diagnosed the car to confirm I needed a tune up; started on it immediately and I was able to pick up my car the next day. They remained communicative with updates on my car - and it runs like new!! I’m so appreciative to the work they did on my car!

TOO EXPENSIVE TIRES I have spent too much money at this shop for past few years on getting new brake rotors, pads and calipers, oil change BUT this time, they ripped me off. I went for inspection, they charged $80 and said I wont have to pay for it if I get 2 tires, not even just 1 or get some kind of service. I asked for USED tire and they said they only have new ones, there is another review that says she got used tire from there 😐 why would you treat customers differently? I had to get 2 tires for $260 for an inspection visit. They charged another 20 for removing a part of my car which should have been complimentary especially when I am already making a huge purchase. Go to Walmart or something for tires, way way cheaper If you dont rip off and treat customers equally, you have customer for long time but rip off only works one time.

Fast service. However overpriced. Came in for 4 tires. Was told they started at 160 a piece for my size. I said that was fine (I'd knew they would be offbrand but was fine with it) got them done and threw them on my car. Looked up the tires out of curiosity and at most only run 80 bucks online for one. I get shops have to make money but to charge double and still make me pay 120 for installation is kinda ridiculous. You figure they would roll that cost into the huge profit margin. Learned my lesson.

I was out on the road with a friend and his front tire blew out and he not only needed that one 🛞 but 2 🛞🛞 I didnt quite have enough $ for 2 so they gave me 2 for what $ I had. That’s legendary! They have a car wash and it always comes with an inconsistent price. The staff there are fraudulent. They will refuse to give you the price list of the Car Wash which was previously on the table for the public. Too many hanky-panky in the store.
