Scott the service manager and Ashley Gwinn were able to squeeze me in ahead of my scheduled oil change. They were both the kindest, most respectful employees I've encountered at a dealership. So happy we do business with them.

All the staff were very friendly, they made the car buying experience easy. Only took a couple hours. When we left everyone referred to us by our names which was nice and welcoming! Marc, Maggie and Fatima were all great!

Experience was great til they washed my car and came back scratched up windows and all and it's all justified. I guess I was blind for the year I had my vehicle and took it to them all scratched up. Always a reason or excuse so we pay more money. Guy who washed my car was rude and didn't care he scratched it up. It came back to me dirty as heck too vs when I took it to them sparkling. Don't recommend

I had posted the following review and got a reply to call a loyalty manager but now I cannot find this review on the website. I had talked to the Service Manager who was going to check further and get back to me or have the General Manager get back to me in a day or two. It's been weeks now with no call. Unless I'm looking at the wrong public site, I cannot find my review with the reply from the Loyalty Manager so I am reposting. I only wanted my airbag light and functioning addressed. I assumed the base fee quoted for looking at the vehicle was for that service. Multipoint inspection was not mentioned. I received the text update with all kinds of recommendations for immediate service and a call pressuring me for service. Turns out some items under the seat affected a plug to the airbags. It was plugged in and the upholstery cleaner bottle and a couple empty pop bottles were left on my seat I guess to prove it was my fault. I paid $165+ to have something plugged in and trash in my seat to prove i was irresponsible and pressure to fix items including something that our mechanic had just fixed and had not noticed.

Jarod, Mark and Nathan worked together to get me into my gorgeous new Nissan Rogue. Despite having a busy bustling Saturday at the dealership I was shown excellent care and attention. Every aspect of the process was thoroughly explained and I never once felt pressured to make a decision. This was not my first experience car buying and I visited 2 other dealerships before coming here and I’m so glad I did. I have the car I want, the financing that fits for me and a terrific service package. If you’re looking a knowledgeable, friendly and authentic team, go see them!

Laura is great to work with, very up front and honest. I do appreciate her checking in on me and making sure I was good with the repair maybe taking a little longer than expected. Communication is key, and she was excellent for me personally in that regard. Thank you Laura.

I loved the service. I was treated like a rockstar from the very start. I had an appointment to which I was 20 minutes early. Dylan came immediately to help me. He took care of me every step of the way. I visited with Luis the sales manager. He didn’t just shake my hand and walk away. He actually sat down a chatted for a few minutes and was aware of my previous attempts to buy from another dealership. I also met Marc Leonard the loyalty manager. He provided me with information for the points system and let me know that just because I lived 2 hours away they weren’t going to forget about me as a customer. The whole experience was a really good one. I left with a new telluride and a new dealership that I will definitely return to when I need to replace my vehicles.

I purchased a new Nissan Murano, after driving several other makes and models. The entire Edwards team were patient, answered all my questions, provided additional information when requested, and were transparent. I felt as if my ‘needs’ were listed too and the Edwards team met each one. I highly recommend Edwards Nissan, specifically Nate (sales), Seth (sales manager), and Ron (finance). They all worked in concert in creating an exceptional buying experience.
