Repair work was great except for the dent on the roof line of a piece they replaced. The repair took longer than expected already and don't want to go another 4 weeks for them to fix the issue so I'll live with it. Communication could be better as well.

Edwards Auto Group has made everything so easy from beginning to end! The Staff helped me to find the exact vehicle I wanted by the description I provided. They kept in touch with me everyday letting me know that they were still looking and when they found it I it was everything I had asked for and much much MORE! They explained everything and each step as we went to ensure I understood. The salesperson bent over backwards and worked overtime! I am a disabled Combat Veteran and when I returned after 25 years it was Edwards who worked with me! I have continued to purchase all my vehicles through them knowing that my satisfaction is number one to them! Thanks for always being there!

I give Edward’s Body Shop a half star review honestly. I am having a TERRIBLE experience!! My car got T-boned in February and it is now May so they have been working on my car for 3 months and it’s still not fixed correctly. Today I took my car back for the 4th time due to incorrect repairs! Brad is the manager and he is absolutely terrible. He has zero customer service skills and gets offended when I point out what is not working correctly on my vehicle. Hello I have a 2018 so everything should be working just fine! I will never ever buy another car from Edward’s again because during this frustrating time I was not offered any apologies or even explanations about what was happening. They did call my insurance company for every penny though down to a new screw or wire even when mistakes were Edward’s fault. Last but surely not least my windshield was scratched while in their care and as Brad said “I’m not gonna do anything about that.” Horrible horrible horrible service! And I forgot to mention that on my first return for repairs they had lost my insurance check!

I have brought my vehicle to this shop two separate times in the last year, and both times I was super appreciative for the service team here. They were as efficient as possible getting the car fixed in as little amount of time once the parts came in. Brad and Martin were both really great dealing with insurance, and getting my vehicle back to 100. Will recommend friends and family to go here when they have issues.

The repairs they made were good but they left the dust from sanding my van all over the inside back seat and left their trash and water bottles in my van. And the day that I dropped my van off to them somebody put 11 miles on my vehicle and there is no reason for that.

I have my Honda fit done by this collision auto body was not done properly it didn’t stay good it’s not a professional work and I don’t recommend it to anybody If you have a Honda go to the Honda Certificate Collision center

Vehicle far from being fixed. Came in today at 540pm on 4/19/2021. Paid $8,839.00 and vehicle is missing bumper clips new bumper has crack in it from install and just left it tire still damaged and trim piece on side it was hit on not fixed either. Worst experience ever. In a sute fired hurry to get paid and deliver a more than sub par product. Hope this is rectified immediately.

Got some front end work done here, they assured us everything was fixed correctly, came back a week later due to rough idling. Again was reasurred that this was not their fault didnt even want to diagnose to double check. Took it in for another opinion only to find out they had missed lots of bolts and screws and that nothing was tightly secured down. Ripped/ loose wires, that ended up getting caught in the cars belt causing more damage. There was no sympathy from the employee even though it was his fault. Apparently he didnt care if the job was done right.

They do great body work! I have had multiple cars worked on here and never a problem. The 3 star rating is because the waiting room is just a little bit better than an interstate rest stop. It smells of cheap cigarettes and old lived in apartments. The service is mostly pretty good, but they act like you are not there when they are not talking to you and cuss and belittle customers to each other in clear view and hearing range of customers. So, all in all repair quality is great, but the customer front facing appearance is 1 star. Also, coordination between sales, service, and repair is like they are on different planets and don't know each other.
