I have brought multiple cars to these guys. They are stellar. BMWs can be a costly adventure but they have always been upfront and fair on everything. Especially like the ability to text them for updates instead of calling. Would recommend

The engine light came on my wife's 530i, and the local dealer couldn't be bothered to look at it for several weeks. Edmond Motorwerks said they would take a look. Five minutes after I dropped it off, they discovered it was just a loose fuel cap (yes, that is actually a thing on BMWs), called me back, and didn't charge me anything! I know the local dealer would have skinned me alive... assuming they could be bothered to care. With that kind of ethic, neighborliness, and just plain decency, Edmond Motorwerks will be my go-to service from now on. They are great guys who know what they are doing and will treat you right.

I'm a 20-year-old who recently bought my first car, a BMW. While it had some issues, I fixed most of them myself. However, when I encountered a problem I couldn't solve, I took it to several mechanics. One suggested it was likely an electrical issue, so a shop suggested I take it to Edmond MotorWerks after Jackie Cooper BMW refused to work on an older model BMW. Edmond MotorWerks agreed to look at it, but after a long wait and almost spending nearly a few thousand dollars on a transmission, they returned the car without addressing the original issue. They even mentioned it might still be an electrical problem. When I got my car back, it wouldn’t start, so I had it towed home. Upon inspecting it, I found standing water in the back driver's side, which appeared to have been there for a while, as it was full of gunk. I texted the shop owner about the issue, thinking they hadn’t sealed the door properly, but they insisted it was due to the sunroof. However, after running my own tests and inspecting the car, I found no water stains near the sunroof—only on the headliner and the driver’s side door. I have video and photo evidence showing there were no water stains in that area before. Despite this, they refuse to take responsibility and continue to blame the sunroof.

Can not thank the techs over at edmond moterwerks enough for the help they provide me. From small scares with the transmission on my e46 to oil changes they've had me covered 100% of the time! Their rates are incredibly reasonable for the skills the provide!

Great alternative to BMW dealership. Saved me over a grand on a brake job. Jackie Cooper said I had to buy new rotors. Edmond Motorwerks actually checked the rotor specs and found they were in-spec and just needed resurfaced. They are willing to take the time and do the work to save you money, not just trying to upsell more parts!

I was hesitant about leaving an honest review in case the owners got mad and possibly won't honor the labor warranty on my vehicle. Funny how these guys were ducking my phone calls, but then I leave a bad reviews and they send me a text message less than 10 minutes of leaving this review. It's amazing how publicity works. UPDATE On May 29th, I randomly brought the vehicle up to them, and they dropped everything they were doing and got a tech to put the splash guard back on. They wasted no time making sure they fixed the issue. Good job following through. 1 star changed to 4.

I was very happy with the service on my Z4. They checked my car over well, changed the oil, and did not add things to be done that didn't need to be done. They were fair on their cost, and were very polite.

Motorwerks is definitely the go to for bmw, mini, AND exotic car repairs as well as customization! They have worked on my m3 multiple times and they installed coil-overs on it! I would definitely recommend this shop for whatever I can!

Motorwerks is absolutely an amazing and genuine company. My car was damaged in more ways than one, and after putting it in their care, it runs great at a very reasonable price…I have absolutely no complaints. Great experience with Edmond Motorwerks for a pre-purchase inspection on a Ferrari. Were able to accommodate a last minute inspection and promptly provided feedback so I could make an informed decision on my purchase. While the purchase didn’t happen, I was happy with the level of detail and honest opinions they gave me about the vehicle. Would highly recommend.

I came in for a strut assembly repair on my 750. It's going to be expensive no matter who you go to in reality. Even DIY. Johnathon and Mical run the shop, and they have an excellent setup & crew from what I saw personally. I think it's important to pay respect forward to establishments like this up front, as they deserve it. You'll see machines you can only dream of owning, that these guys work on, on a daily basis. That's pretty cool man, and something I sure don't know how to do. Their pricing is fair and they will work with you on whatever they can. They even take some extended warranties, so please don't let the fancy cars make you think these guys won't work with you where they can. And just have a realistic expectation of repair. I think if one goes into this establishment with the above understanding, they'll see why we're so fortunate to have these guys around to begin with. God bless.
