Then between what to rate this. Yes, they are pleasant and address concerns...however, we have had issue after issue and have had to have certain things fixed immediately after having it fixed. Oil leak was supposed to be fixed, less than a week later it's leaking oil again. Rear differential fixed, only to have to take it back 2 days later cause it wasn't fixed. Stated the parts were dysfunctional. Frustrating... plus have had to pay multiple diagnostic fees.

We used to receive great service here, but lately, it has been a frustrating experience. Today was the worst—it took nearly five hours for an oil change, additives, and a flush, even though I had an appointment at 8 AM. To make matters worse, the report stated that I needed a new drive belt, which was just replaced in September. This makes me question whether the drive belt was actually replaced in the first place. A similar issue happened during a previous service, and now I wonder if the work they claim to have done is being completed or if I’m being misled. Additionally, every time I come in, there seems to be a new issue they identify, which has been extremely frustrating. On top of that, the shuttle service was poorly managed—it took an hour to take me home and almost two hours to bring me back to the dealership. Plus another half an hour to get my car back. Overall, this was a zero-star experience, and I’m not sure I can trust their service anymore.

Sterling and Austin, both Service Advisors, along with Jared (manager) are incredibly understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. They have been by far the best representatives of this location that I have connected with so far. I highly recommend requesting any of them to be your service advisor. I can assure you that you will be taken care.

Took my car in for some recalls and an oil change. I told them about an issue that was under warranty and was quoted ~$55 for the oil change and about 3 hours. Called them after 4 hours of not hearing anything to see if it was done and was told I’d receive a call back. Waited another 40 minutes and never got a call back. Finally got a notification after 5 1/2 hours and went to pick my car up, only for them to tell me that the issue that was under warranty wasn’t causing my problem, but that I now owed them almost $200 more for the diagnostic. Basically paid $240 and my day off for an oil change and none of my cars problems to be fixed.

I received a worst service from the Edmond Hyundai service they want to charge the money for not doing any work on the vechiles they are scamming the people for more money. The way of communicating with the people is very rude. They need to just loot the money from the customer pockets. I don’t recommend to go this showroom. Even you can go any roadside mechanic shop they even better then this service center VERY POOR SERVICE

The staff here is in turtle mode EVERY time I come to get an oil change. I have to take a day off of work to wait the 2 hour minimum it takes to get my oil changed. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They are always over staffed and no one is moving with efficiency. Only an oil change. No car wash or other services provided. I had an appointment and still have a ridiculous wait! Never but a car here if you use the dealer for service. This is my sixth visit and it is ALWAYS the same story.

Really great service! Tyler S. is the service advisor you want. He's easy to communicate with and tells you all of the details of what will happen with your vehicle and keeps you updated through the process. My car needed a total engine replacement and the reps at Edmond Hyundai made sure that it was covered under warranty and it didn't cost me anything!

Been in for service several times since I purchased my Hyundai last Sept. and all visits have been excellent. Yesterday check engine light came on so I took car in without an appointment. Not a problem and Jason got me in so they could find out what was going on. Kept me informed of the process and length of time to install replacement injector. Arranged to get me a ride back to my office while service was being performed. Car was ready when he promised. This is a busy place but they go way beyond in taking care of their customers thanks to employees like Jason

Do not use this service or this dealership at all cost! They do not care about the customers at all especially if you have any special needs. I have them a heads up on a special situation and they ignored it and now I am out $75. They do not care and the owner of the dealership is a complete jerk and refused to help. Jarod the service advisor is very incompetent and can't listen to simple direction. Again, don't come here!

Edmond Hyundai is the only mechanic where 2-3 hour wait times for an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, are the norm, as well as acceptably deemed by their management. I have never seen another mechanic where they have so many people, but can't do an oil change even remotely as fast as a tire shop with a tenth of the staff. These wait times are completely ludicrous, but they trap you if you buy a car from them, since in order to have their engines for life guarantee, you must have their oil and additives. I'd highly recommend buying from another dealer based on these wait times alone.

It was very pricey, but my Service Advisor (James) was awesome. He did a very good job helping me understand the process. If I called him and got no answer. He would always get back to me quickly to answer my concerns. Wish the rest of the department was like that.

This is the 3rd time I have waited 2 plus hours for an oil change when I had an appointment every time. This last time was the final straw and I will never purchase or use their service again. They used what probably was just a hose to wash my perfectly clean car so it had spots everywhere and I had to pay to wash my car. They no longer cover the vehicles inside which is gross I don't want sweaty gross service people in my vehicle and multiple sweaty gross service people using my car. Not covered when its 90 degrees out! After I finally get my car the oil change sticker wasn't even changed to a new one so who knows when I need my next oil change. Done never going back! The inside also had dirty gross seats like pet hair, human hair, drink stains etc. No one wants to sit and wait for 2 hours in gross seats!

Car was in service for an engine warranty replacement for three weeks. Was told multiple times no loaners were available. Loaners were marked at the lot on Saturday afternoon. Check engine light came on 49 miles after getting it back on Monday. Magically, no loaners are available again. They continued tried to upsell me on parts that are related to the engine. Unprofessional and incompetent department.

My husband made special arrangement to take off work to get my Santa Fe routine service completed and repair/replace a tire that had a slow leak which I had found a nail. They told my husband there was no nail and no leak. I'm not sure why my husband believed them over me, but when he got home, it caused a fight. The next day, just like had been happening the entire week before, the tire was low on air again, proving there was a slow leak. We couldn't take another day off work to take the car back in. When I called them to let them know, the service manager acted like they didn't care... just said, "Sorry about that." The previous time I took my Santa Fe in for an oil change, I used their shuttle service to drop my car off in the morning and get taken back to work. They never called to say the car was ready for pickup. When I called them at 4pm, they said the car was done but there wasn't any shuttle service since they had sent that person home for the day. They called an Uber to pick me up, but that Uber got lost and canceled the ride. They called a second Uber for me, which also got lost and parked in an alley behind my building. I had to walk to find the Uber car. It was an hour long ordeal waiting for, walking to, and finding my ride. They apologized for that, too. Seems like they should just do better and be better, and then they wouldn't have to apologize so much for the poor customer care. So, there's no way I am going to use their shuttle service again to get this tire repaired/replaced. I guess I'll have to get special permission from my boss to flex my time to get this tire issue resolved.
