I definitely recommend coming here. They were extremely helpful and had great communication. I was having a hard time with my insurance and they answered all the questions I had and were just over all very friendly people. I will be coming back if ever needed in the future!!

Do not go to this place unless you want to be cheated out for your money and not told everything that is happening with your car, the service is terrible and the staff is very rude especially Rene they are crooks and they are not trustworthy people I took my car in to get it fixed and there excuse was we are waiting on insurance to give us the money even after they got the money they wanted to lie to my face and say that they lifted up the car and inspected even though they did not do any of that stuff until later in the week and how I know is because of my app on my phone telling me when the car is open and when the car is close they are crooks and the people are not good there

I had Rene repair the damage to my truck last month after visiting two other shops. I choose his shop because he took the time to explain what all needed to be done when not of the other two did. He worked with the insurance company and made the repairs on time as promised. This past Saturday I noticed some scratches on the fender he had repaired so I took it back to him today and he stopped what he was doing and took his time to buff them out and wouldn't take any payment, but in the end I insisted he took something. Rene is the best, everyone should take their car or truck to this man!!!!

Customer service here is incredible. Had something fixed there 6 months ago, noticed pretty late something off with the doors, called them, they gave me a good day in the week to stop by, took my car immediately and fixed it, no questions, no blame, nothing, just stood by their work and made it right.

Very rude, I came in asking for an estimate and another man got up and said we can’t do an estimate. Came out asking what type of vehicle and said “oh no we can’t do an estimate” he looked at the wreck and said maybe $6,000 and I asked him if I could get it in writing and he said yes around “March 20th”. Don’t recommend.

Was insurance work referred by the insurance company and they kept the truck for 2 months and then refused the work. Pour communication. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Renee is very knowledgeable and honest. He is accurate in quoting and working with the insurance company. Very much a perfectionist when it comes to their work. I would highly recommend and will take my car back if I should happen to need their services.

Just picked up my car on November 1st. The car is flawless. Rene had to paint and blend the passenger side of the car and there is no sign of the blend at all. Great communication and attention to detail. Hopefully will not need to be back but if I do it will only be to ECC.
