Everyone is very helpful & understanding at this company. I had an appointment then I had to reschedule it and they was very understanding and considerate. I would suggest everyone to go to this body shop, I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this company and the people that work at this company, thank you.

The office was very helpful in figuring out what it would cost to fix our car and negotiating with the insurance company. The body shop did a great job on the fender and bumper and the car looks like new.

Long story short Eddy's Body Shop took it upon themselves to hold up a warranty on a fender paint job that they didn't even do for my truck. The first one the paint didn't completely match so they ordered a whole new part and repainted it on their dime. They were great at communication and always so friendly when I went in. Highly recommend Eddy's Body Shop!!!! They are the absolute best!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I hit a deer and had to leave my car 120 miles from home. It turned out to be a good thing! The team at Eddy’s Body Shop - especially Richard Monares, communicated with me every step of the way- from the morning it was towed in to the day I picked it up. They went more than the extra mile to get parts in and the job finished. When my Cadillac was finished, he went over the repairs and warranty. Superb customer service by all there! I highly recommend Eddy’s Body Shop.

I took my 2024 Outback in to get a window replaced and some dents repaired due to a tree limb falling on my car. The repairs took over a month after being told it should take two weeks. My biggest issue is that my car that I had only had for two months came back in worse shape than I sent it. My headliner and visors were covered in grime. The passenger hands-free lock/unlock mechanism no longer worked. My rear view mirror camera no longer functions. My EyeSight is now showing up as disabled on start. The passenger A-Pillar trim fell off while driving. I am still working with Eddy's as they have ordered replacement headliner and trim peices, and I need to return the vehicle to have all these new issues repaired now. I am very upset about the whole process, and while I loved my brand new Outback before dropping it off, I now am saddened every time I drive my Outback as it feels like my new car has been stolen from me and replaced with this broken down used car. If I could do it again, I would go with Safelite to repair my windshield, then take it to Subaru to calibrate eyesight. I wouldn't have even bothered with the dents. I only did this because Eddy's said they were an authorized Subaru repair shop and I trusted them to fix my vehicle and return it in better condition than I dropped it off. As-is, my car that came back is in worse condition and has broken features that were not even a part of my initial damage.

This is my second go round with Eddy's Body Team and they did not disappoint. From the time I filed my claim with my insurance company and dropped off my "baby" to them, I knew I was in great hands. Their communication was prompt and accurate. Their work was precise and restorative back to the beautiful 😍 set of wheels I have owned for 5 years now. Jackie and the team did their thing and got me back right...all the way right... My sensors, my lights, the bumpers, the hood, they did it all! I am 💯 grateful and satisfied. Lovie and the Eddy's body shop team are top-shelf in production and customer service Fr Fr!👌🏾

Move over, Picasso, because this auto body shop is the new master of art restoration! They took my car from 'crunchy, crumpled mess' to 'mobile masterpiece.' Not only did they smooth out the wrinkles, but they added shine with a paint job that would make the Sistine Chapel jealous. Now, every time I drive, I feel like I'm cruising in a Renaissance painting. Five stars for turning my car into a work of art!

I went in for price quote and was met with the most rudest person. The way this man talk to me is if he didn't want any customers, (the rest of the staff looked up at him like he is funny)he wanted me to leave personal information at the desk before he gave me a price quote, then we went out to the car he talked to me like I was trash I didn't even do business with them. I don't know how this company survives with people like that greeting you at the door.

The overall work on the car was great. However, for the minimal amount of damage, the service department took an entire month on the repairs.

Worst body shop in town. Paint job sucks. Had to redo my tailgate twice. Told them 3 times to save my OEM parts. They didn't saved. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or my enemies.
