Lanora is a great service advisor. I had a problem with my seat, and after 2 days, they couldn't find the issue. So when I went to pick the car up Lanora knew I was upset and she didn't want me leaving unhappy so she got Travis, the service manager to come take a look and in 5 minutes he found the problem . I appreciate the fact that they want to satisfy their customers. When my piece comes in, they are going to come pick up my car, leave me a loaner, and drop off the car after it is fixed. What more could you ask for?
