How to get to transmission work, looked in the car the vehicle I saw fluid still coming out they didn't tighten the bolts up to the transmission pan! Terrible service! I don't know why I didn't take it back I'm just tighten them up myself I got, that means they stole my money cuz they didn't even tighten the bolts back up several bolts on the transmission pan were loose back in those days and when they did it I didn't take no pictures and take no I didn't even want to go back to those son of a guns lousy lousy service!

Very reasonable price and very friendly staff. Good parts too. Will try to get work done fast if they can during the day. Drop off car or truck early morning Apon opening. Cash at payment is great. Will take credit and I think debit cards for payment. Near run down area. Okay when I was there at daytime.5 star I'll be back if I needed major transmission work. But they don't do struts maybe not shocks too. Thanks Travis and staff. A gem off a repair shop.5 stars!!

I recently had my 2003 C5 Corvette automatic transmission rebuilt. Jack worked with me and gave me great confidence in his ability to get the job done right. I had my car back in 5 business days with a whole bunch of goodies and for a very fair price. The car runs great! Highly recommend!

Jack is a great guy and super easy to work with. He’s a Navy vet and very honest. Had my transmission rebuilt in my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. Everything was upgraded and worked great would highly recommend Economy for any transmission work.

Took my mercury van In the shop back in November as soon as I get it back I had to take it back and have them look at it. Now current day it's leaking fluid again and is empty they do anything for me totL cost was 3700 I'm out that. Will never go back waste of money and time

Took our 2012 Dodge Caravan to Economy Transmission, to have our transmission repaired. It took them 2 weeks to repair it. Cost $3700. Was told to bring it back in 10 days to recheck it. 10 days later took it in, told them it was still having the same problem as when we first brought it to them. They were very rude and my husband asked them to please have someone try driving it. They drove it and said they would check it out. They called us after 4 days and said come and pick it up. We did and on the way home , it did the same thing again. When we told them this, they said well that is how those Dodges run. We told them it had never done it when we purchased the Van, nor any of the 3 years we had it. They became very rude and said they could do nothing more for us. We then took it to another transmission place and they said there was definitely a problem with the transmission. We showed the new repair people the bill and what Economy Transmission said they had done. Some of the parts they claimed to replace, NEVER were replaced. I do not think they should be in business if this is how they operate. Very disappointed with them. Would not ever recommend them to anyone.

I very highly recommend Economy Transmissions for a complete transmission rebuild. After buying a lemon of a truck from ELITE MOTORS in Knoxville (DON'T BUY A CAR THERE!!!) the transmission went out the next day. I called Economy Transmissions and they got me in very fast, were kind and professional and had my truck transmission rebuilt within a week. I haven't had any problems with it since.

They had my truck for 3-4 months. Charged me $4k to rebuild my E4OD with some upgraded heavy duty parts. When they plugged my tuner back in it somehow fried the ecm.. They said they couldnt find a new ecm for a whole month and I found one through Napa in a day, that I paid for!.. when I finally got my truck back it still slams into 3rd gear... Not impressed and wouldn't refer anyone to them. Jack is the only good thing about that place.

They have had my car 3 times ..changed me 3250 to "rebuild" my transmission and my car still isn't running right.and when I tried to talk to them about it..they got smart would not recommend anyone to go there
