WARNING ⚠️ STAY AWAY‼️ I'm a long time customer. Been going there before they changed their name to Blanco's and then recently back to econo. Went in today to simply check a light on my dash. Something that I could have easily got done at AutoZone but I figured this is my go-to mechanic shop they don't ever charge me to check my car so why wouldn't I take it there. But ever since this new owner has taken over things have gone downhill and they decided to charge me $60 for a diagnostic check. They didn't tell me beforehand that they were going to be charging me. It was just brought up last minute at the end when they were giving me back my keys. I stopped going to the other econo shop in town because they were raising their prices a lot and this one seemed to be good priced and not trying to get over on everyone. But recently with the new owner their steady raising prices and charging for every little thing. 😢

Do not go here! Instead of telling me that I would need a knee assembly in order for the alignment to be properly adjusted, they still went ahead and did the alignment knowing it would not help.

I recently visited Econo Tire service center in Bullhead City to have my vehicle repaired. I've always had this issue with my car the dealership could not get right. After the manager and lead technician got together they repaired the issue without a hitch. I was so excited about the work I had my car tuned up and replaced some other parts. Econo Tire was very professional and courteous. This family run company are going to the top. They understand the value of business and the meaning of a community run operation. Way to go Econo. You will get all my business. I want everyone to know how I appreciate you. Congratulations on coming to the area!!! 👏🏽

W.B. work was done OK..however..along with a high labor rate they charged THREE AND ONE HALF TIMES. the parts ptice retail value at the local parts store. NEVER AGAIN!! Nothing ECONO about this shop.

Mario and family are so wonderful, patient and have great ethics. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They fixed my Volkswagen well and didn't try to upsell me or claim it was a bigger problem. I will use them every time!

My mom trusted this shop, so I took her for a quick oil change. It ended up taking 2 hours they broke the oils pan bolt and claimed she need to pay 500 for an oil pan change. My mom's car never leaked before and now it's leaking oil. I don't trust these and felt like they would have taking advantage of my mom. Poor business

I called this morning to see if it was possible to get an alignment, the young lady gave me the price and told me to bring it right over. I was greeted with a cheerful smile and the car went in right away. I waited for the vehicle and it wasn't long before I was on my way. As a former service manager I appreciate the attention to customer service. Hats off to you all for a great experience Mark Gibson

I had the upper and lower control arm replaced on my 2000 Gmc 2500 repaired on 10/21/2022 The job seemed ok but the technician had some problems he was assembling and noticed he was doing it backwards but later corrected him self After about a month i went to do an oil change and I noticed my right front shock was hanging why The technician forgot to instal the bottom bolts then later found out when he installed the upper and lower control arms he never tightened the he left everything loose I then had T and T in Kingman inspect it and it was a mess All of that created another 1500 dollar repair Now my truck is good Thank you T and T of Kingma Az Econo tire is a sub par auto shop Do not do business here it will cost you double or triple for bod job

Scam Artists......! Went in to have 4 new tires installed. They BROKE a $55 tire valve sensor. Didn't tell me until after they changed me & accepted a tip..... Then tried to say it was already broken...!

These guys remembered me as usual. The new owner Robert and crew really took care of me again. I also got a free pizza from them for Mega Toppers Pizza. The pizza was surprisenly awesome. I will go back to both.

Went for an alignment. 10mins later, they said all 4 tires had flat spots and the alignment may not be 100. What never heard that one before... I got in my car to leave (no work was done) and it reeked of old AXLE grease..! 3 days later... it is NOT any better! Pass on these guys. Too bad they are a block from me and I wanted to support a local shop. Not a chance.

I have a f250 diesel truck that had a lower hose radiator leak, i had of course started with the dealer for quote, and of course that was way out of the budget, then i had called another diesel repair guy, way cheaper then the dealer but in Needles, so my mom wanted me to try Econo, she had heard good review from her friend who has a gas car. I admit, i was skeptical, i had not seen any reviews about the diesel mechanic. Well, i am hear to tell you, that not only did they bid low enough ( very affordable) chris answered my questions, comments, and concerns and had confirmed what my brothers had informed me of, (* just so i wasnt a completely clueless woman. ) Everyone i came across, to include Daisy who answered the phone and also greeted me was excellent in customer service. The shop appeared to be clean and organized. At this point, i believe i will return when in BHC and am in need of a decent, and honest diesel mechanic. I would also recommend for non diesel engines as well. They also provided me with shuttle service, which by the way, was also excellent in customer service.

I wish I had something more positive to say other than seen Anna's :) when I entered the building they only had 2 guys working , was an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and rotate my tires and there was only one other car in the bay. Business has deteriorated with the new owner.
