Had such a great experience here!! My normal mechanic isn’t open on Saturday’s. Called EB Auto and they got me in quick. Despite some issues with procuring parts, they fabricated a fix for me and got my car back up and running the same day. They went above and beyond for me and I will be a returning customer!!

Got my battery replaced by AJ. Absolutely fantastic guy, real helpful and friendly with a lot of great knowledge. Along with bill, real hospitality here. Would recommend for any and all vehicle issues.

Had issues starting. Basic diagnostics said the battery was fine. Bill was able to take a better look and find the battery needed replacing, as opposed to what others had said.

My car died during the holidays and they were very quick to offer help testing my battery and run a diagnostic. They let me know what the problem could be and didn’t pressure me at all to fix the problem immediately if I did not want to. Extremely friendly and I will be going back to actually get my car repaired with them.

The 5 star ratings are legit. I’ve finally found some honest mechanics at reasonable prices that I look forward to coming back to. They take the time to show you exactly what’s wrong before they fix it. I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Went to go get a battery replaced and this place has 10/10 A+ service. AJ one of the workers, helped us tremendously and is a great guy. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely a phenomenal Shop! They were nice, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! They helped me out in a big way today. There’s nothing worse then having your car break down and nothing better than having a great mechanic!

Amazing work. Fast! Fair! Good communication, and I was treated well. Definitely spreading the word! Honest service. Can’t find this anywhere it seems these days. Guy knows his way around the combustion engine. Nice to see someone who actually knows by experience and can show out.

The quality is immaculate it didn’t take them that long to fix my car. There prices is reasonable and very good. My car looks and sounds brand new again. If you need your car fixed go to them I recommend it. They did amazing

These guys are the real deal! I live all the way in Belleville (30 mins away), but today, the gentlemen at EB earned my business. I was test driving a used vehicle from a nearby dealership, and they allowed me to come by, did a scan, told me all about the vehicle and what it would take to maintain it, and sent me off with a report of the few existing issues, all FOR FREE. Also, the vibes were immaculate. Both of these guys are so professional and friendly, and you can tell they know what theyre doing. Can't say enough good things about these guys. ILL BE BACK.

Bill was so helpful and kind over the phone! My car was broken into last night and I called with clearly no idea what I was doing. He talked me through everything and set me up with his trusted window guy, all while treating me with so much patience and understanding. Took my car here for a pre-road trip check-in and was well taken care of! This isn't a shop that's going to try and nickle and dime you for every little thing. I had to have my break pads replaced, so because they had to take my tires off to do that anyway they didn't charge me for a tire rotation which was very kind of them. The only quirk is that you can only really schedule an appointment a week or less in advance, but that's great for everyone who needs semi-last minute work done! Very happy to make this my new go-to car mechanic shop!

I just had the most incredible experience dealing with this repair shop. I'm so glad I read the reviews on Google and then trusted that this was the best place for my vehicle. I previously received information from two other shops before settling on this one, and I am so very glad I did. When I say honest, hardworking, reliable people that'll get the job done correctly and quickly, wow. They will go out of their way to help you and some of the most friendliest people I have ever met in my life. Bill is amazing and knows his stuff. Side note: Repairs were completed. Im leaving the shop and noticed ink all down the door of my rental car. Bill took 20 min out of his day to clean it all up for me. I am so grateful and truly appreciate all of the many ways you helped me throughout this short but crazy process.

Bill and Aj are like god!!!! They have fixed my 2010 Subaru it has got hit while parked and Bill was very very very good at communicating and on time with everything my car was there the same day and got out the same day!!! Aj is really good at what he does!!!! I was so shock on the body work!!! My car found a home never going to no one else!!!!!

EB Auto has a 5 star rating for a reason! I needed my catalytic converter replaced before I went on a road trip. My regular mechanic had an emergency out of town so I was looking online for someone close to home. I found EB auto and their reviews were great. I called them up, they said to bring the car in and within a few hours they had my converter replaced and went above and beyond to make sure it was the right fit. My repair cost ended up being more than was quoted but Bill in his kindness discounted the extra work they did. AJ and Bill took great care of me today and I will definitely be back! If you need any work done these guys will get the job done.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have found this place. These guys are honest! I had my car at two other shops, they were telling me I needed a new transmission or a new motor. These guys got busy and diagnosed the problem as a cracked flywheel and had me back on the road in no time flat. And saved me a ton of money. I'd give them ten stars if I could
