Horrible service. Overinflated the tire pressure against the recommended winter tire PSI for the vehicle and did not check the other tires. Used improper technique for tire rotation that was meant for directional tires and then tried to argue that is the best method for a 4wd truck. Had to bring back the vehicle to get a proper cross-rotation of the tires. After bringing it back for the second time the employee when reversing it out of the garage HIT THE BUILDING on the other side of the garage causing damage to the rear bumper.

I have been here twice now. They were available both times when I had came (about a year apart) and told me I was able to come in. This time, they didn’t have my tire in stock but they told me to come back tomorrow. They’re really fast and efficient and they’re fairly priced. They also checked my other tires and let me know if any of them needed to be changed. They’re nice and they speak Spanish if you need that. They also told me they do other things like alignment and brake check. I will come back if something happens!

Very small business that is able to take care of you on the fly. They won’t cheat you with BS repairs. The price is very good and they even took care of me on a holiday one time! This is My go-to for alignment, balancing, tires, and tire repairs! I’ve gotten it all done here and they never disappointed.

I have come to this place in the past and they have always done a fantastic job. Welcoming, great customer service, and do a great job at the tire repair. They were also honest and had integrity which l appreciated as a customer supporting a small business. However, this day was different for me as a customer. I went to get a slow leak repaired on my left rear tire. As l pulled into the garage, there was one guy working and l said hello to him and he didn't speak when l got out the car. I proceeded because there seem to be a language barrier. Then he walked off and went to the back to grab another guy who I am assuming was the manager. He asked me what was the issue and he acted like l didn't know why l was coming in there when l told him. I said to him l needed a plug due to a slow leak in my left rear tire. he asked me how did l know and did put air in the tire. Which l thought was a ridiculous question. I have a tire gauge monitor like most newer cars usually do. Anywho, I told him what tire l needed him to look at and then the original man who didn't speak began to check my tires. They were speaking Spanish to one another. That why l assume there was a language barrier.However he just checked the air in my tires. He was going to let me pull off until l insisted on him looking at the tire l asked him to look at. Mind you, l did not need any air in my tires. The tires were all fine with pressure prior to me coming a had a pressure gauge. So while the guy is checking air in my tires and whistling like they getting away with something l asked the manager how much is the charge.

Excellent service, honest and transparent, reasonable prices. My tire was leaking air, I showed up and had it repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend this tire shop. Hard working and honest folks working there. This was my second time servicing my car (tires) there and I definitely will continue to take it there. Excelente servicio, honestos y transparentes, precios razonables. Mi neumático tenía fugas de aire, me presenté y lo repararon de manera oportuna. Recomiendo este local de neumáticos/llantas. Gente trabajadora y honesta que trabaja allí. Esta fue la segunda vez que llevé mi coche allí y definitivamente lo continuaré llevándolo.

On the phone they were very rude kept calling me "lady" even after I gave them my name. It was a whole hour before closing and wouldn't see me because I didn't know my tire size. Absolutely ridiculous. Never went to them and will never go. Just tires in broadway was so much better and only around the corner from them.

Update: My tires had dry rot, that's why it wasn't holding air. I took my car to Just Tires and I haven't had a flat since. Not sure why this place missed that... but not very professional. I won't be back. They get an extra star because they were quick, polite, fast and affordable. Low rating is because I came here with a flat (4 psi) tire I couldn't find the hole to plug. The guys here looked, couldn't find the damage, either and said they could take it off the rim and check on the inside for 20$, so I agreed! They put my tire back on and i parked my car at home. I live under a mile away and just went straight home to park. I came out to go to work, and the tire was flat again! 0 psi! It's unlikely I got an additional flat driving under a mile home... so I don't think they fixed it at all. I didn't state I couldn't afford new tires or anything about keep the price low... they could have made a sell instead of costing me an hours pay and the strain my body went through to get the tight lug nuts off to put the spare on. Very disappointed.
