Had a slow leak in one tire. Decided on checking this place. Told tech the problem, so pulled to the store garage. I waited outside watching the tire tech take off and repair the tire, which is a common process. But when he started the bolt tightening sequence, he started at bottom rotated counter clockwise. My experience and reading vehicle manual. Tires are to be tightened in a star pattern starting at the top. Paid cashier $20 for tire patch repair. I mentioned my observation of tire techs method of tire installing. The manager tells me, yeah he does and he goes in a circle rotation but he does torque the bolts. I'm gonna try another shop next time. If the company can't follow simple manufacturer instructions. Imagine what would happen on more complex installations. Never going back.

Came in for a used tire I was on a low air spare. Young man changed me out, put air in all my tires inc the spare. And when I asked for two he was honest on the second tire not being better than what I currently have. I went to pay the older gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and took his time discussing my off road tires upgrade as well as getting the best price possible for future purchase. A full 5 stars on cust service & honesty from the shop to the office, as I look for that more so than pricing. Coincidentally my son needs tires as well and I Sent him to this location as soon as i got home.

These guys are great! Came in with a low tire. Easy. They pulled out the nail, fixed me up with a simple patch and i was back on the road within 15 to 20 minutes. Very affordable, fast and friendly service! Thank you Eastside Tire!!

They saved my evening! My car got a flat as I leaving work and I pulled in 5 minutes before they closed and they gladly fixed my tire! Great service, very professional and friendly! Will definitely use their services again!

This place is trash, I called and asked if he can fix my tire and told him will be there at 4:30 and the guy acknowledged and said "that's fine" and when I arrived at 4:30 store was closed, dude is a clown 🤡

Legit service! Two guys running the show. They can get swamped with work so they are hiring an experienced tire tech. Even with that they changed out my tires quick and efficiently. A+ in my book. Reasonably priced too.

We bought a used tire from Adrian and he offered to mount and install for us for free today. We expected to have to either mount it ourselves or pay extra for it. But instead he charged us for the price of the used tire only!! Having limited funds, we greatly appreciate this!!! Thank you so much for helping us out today! I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a tire that can’t afford what other big brand stores charge!
