I KNOW ITS LONG BUT PLS READ!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO US. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! 2/10 Went there, needing some different tires. The tires were decent and couldn't complain about the price. But customer service absolutely SUCKS and is the worst. The good price does not even compensate for the lack of just common customer service and know how. When they were done putting g my tires on, they LOST one of my lugs, thought I did not notice, which I did and said something to them, in return they just looked at me like they didn't understand what I was saying, so me being me, I just figured it's nothing and inexpensive to get another one myself so I was not going to worry about it, however when I got home and explained it to my wife, she wasn't going to let that happen and rightfully so. Shouldn't have to spend my time doing something THEY messed up. So she returned the next day where they completely acted like they didn't know who she was, when we had just came there the night before not even 30 mins before they closed. Once she pulled out the ticket. Their attitude changed. However they replaced her lug nut with one that DOESNT match hers that she has on there, she asked where hers was, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they lost it. ALSO NOT ONE valve stem cap was replaced back on my car. My wife bought her those black sparkle ones so they weren't just regular ones, So yeah just not even worth it to go if u ask me. would be A VERY LAST OPTION type of decision.. Would not recommend. If u do go. inspect your car thoroughly before and after.. don't let them try to.pull one over on u with the whole language barrier either bc they totally understand. Only when u confront, their understanding for English seems to get worse and worse...

Another terrible tire shop went I went to get a flat fixed and the guys took my tire of but later that day my tire went flat again... Just because people sweat doesn't mean they're working. This isn't quality service at all. I stopped going to this tire shop!

Been going here to get my tires serviced since I got my car and no complaints here. All the Migos are hard working and they work with you on prices for certain things.Dont forget to tip... anything if you can because they killing the competition in certain areas!

We came because of a slow leak. They fixed it in 5 minutes, and charged $6. PERIODT!!! Quick service and cheap. They could of said we needed a new tire. I don't know a thing about tires. I'm glad there are honest people here!
