Great shop, fair on prices also. They took us in immediately when we had an issue with the truck smoking a lot. Turned out to be inlet pipe clamp on the dpf that was broken and the pipe was out of the filter. They replaced the clamp in about an hour and was back on the road. Another shop north of Knoxville tried to rip us off and charge us around 1k for the same issue, but these guys came through and were very fair. Thank you guys for being fair and quick, something hard to find these days.

Lo peor del mundo do esa gente no saben nada de mecánica no se lo recomiendo a nadie deje mi camión con un fallo y me cobraron 1750 cuando lo recoji estaba peor y no me quisieron devolver el dinero me dijeron lo yevara para otro diagnóstico y bolber a sacarme dinero lo yeve a otro lugar y era un cable partido esta gente no saben nada de mecánica solo estafar

Todo es una mentira en ese taller nadie sabe nada de nada a mi esposo lo estafaron ahí en ese taller no saben nada de nada mi esposo tenía un fallo en su camión y le dijeron que el arreglo duraría un día entero para cobrarle por horas y el estuvo de acuerdo luego le cobraron casi dos mil dólares y el camión estaba peor luego lo llevo con otra persona y esa solo un cable partido y les reclamó y le dijeron que tenia que volver a pagar sinceramente siento que no son personas serias no se lo recomiendo a nadie

This is a best truck repair shop in the Town, l tell you why. I had a problem with my truck one day l took my truck to a different truck repair shop and they couldn't fix my problem and they refer me to come" East truck and trailer repairs shop". And that was the best decision for my truck. Very professional and very friendly people. Come and see you for yourself. They fixed my truck and since then and refer them to all my truckers

Woke up on Saturday (on my way to OR) on a ramp by I-40 and my water pump had leaked all my coolant out. Labor day weekend and it was hard to find anyone to help me let alone have a part available. But Randy saved the day and I believe was sent by God to help me that day. Got to his sons shop and he and his lovely wife managed to swap out my water pump with a used one and had me out of there on my way in no time. What a beautiful, loving and hardworking couple. Randy was polite and professional and we shared alot of stories from his mechanic days. I will definitely be stopping by to check on them when I'm back in Knoxville. You can always count on Randy. Friendly and VERY professional! First time there and felt like I had known them for years! Expectations set, all the way down to timeframe, were met and exceeded! Payment process was very smooth as they take a FEW forms of payment. I’m talking EFS checks and EVEN ZELLE!!! I left very satisfied as they made SURE that everything was in working order as I departed!

I came to this repair shop around 10 in the morning to get an oil change and they broke the fuel filter housing of my truck, which was working without any problems until i came to this mechanic shop. While this crack was entirely caused by the person doing the oil change tightening the fuel filter too much, they claimed that the problem already existed in this truck. If this problem had happened before, it would have been impossible for me to drive my truck there. Because after the maintenance they did, my truck did not start again. They said that they would not repair the truck because it was a weekend and that they would charge me $5000 if I stayed there, and then Jeremy and his father went further and threatened to kill me. I had to have my truck and trailer towed by another mechanic nearby and this caused a second extra expense after what they did to my truck. I definitely do not recommend this place, stay away from here for yourself and the vehicle you own!

It's a bad place, I don't recommend it, I left the car for 2 weeks and took it with the same problem, they told me that everything was done well and there were no problems, I gave $ 1200 and did it again in another place. When I told them about it, they just stopped responding to me.

Best small size own shop for semi trucks ever. Usually TA and loves charge me 150$ just for computer diagnosis. And this small shop just do it for free after they find nothing wrong with it!!!. Will definitely come back if my truck got something by this area.

Called early for a wheel seal repair. They guys got my truck right in and fixed a few other issues and was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Don’t used this place unless you want to take more than a month vacation. This place is just lies they say a few days they say we will send you the invoice they said this and that but then don’t communicate with you or do anything he said.
