Love this place. Changed out the engine in my car in 3 days. The Lincoln dealership said it would take 3 weeks. Cost of labor was less than half of what Lincoln wanted to charge. My car is running great now.

East Side has always been one of the fastest, best quality and lowest price auto repair shops in town. I have yet to regret bringing a vehicle to them as the service is always prompt, prices are always fair, and the repairs are always what I asked for.

Went in for radiator get it back. Now my AC high pressure line is broke. And the owner hands me a bill for 600.00 and says its my AC. Never went in for my ac but my line it's broken. If you are a mechanic you know you have to pull the ac lines off of the radiator. I just wanted him to take responsibility of there mistakes. And would have bought the part to fix it and he could have took the hit on the labor. It would have been cool. But I have to pay for there mistakes. 😡😡😡

Absolute terrible customer service. I want to remind you before visiting this place. These people need you to stay in business. I suggest you go on YouTube and make sure it’s not something you can do at home OR go literally anywhere else.

I came to this shop in need of some suspension work and tire installation. Not too long after I picked my car up I noticed that all of the tires were installed incorrectly. Being inside/outside tires all of the tires were installed with the inside part facing outward. I called back and let them know what was going on and Dave told me to bring it right back so they can take care of it. Upon my arrival I spoke with the tech that did the work on my car, and he gave me a really hard time stating that the inside/outside labels on the tires were just for cosmetics and that it wouldn’t change anything. At that point I told him that I’d take care of it myself since he was making it such a big deal, but he said he’d correct the issue if it would make me happy. The next day I called to see if they were done, and Dave said yes you can come pick it up. However, there was a check engine light and they agreed to help me get around the issues of a failed e-check so that I can get a hard plate. While I was on the phone with Dave I was trying to figure out the next course of action, his response was very rude and you could tell all he wanted was to get me off the phone as soon as he could. He was always very nice up until then so maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning, I don’t know. All in all I won’t be doing business with them again, some of the people there seem very nice and knowledgeable. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but at the end of the day I treated everyone there with the utmost respect and conducted myself like a proper human being throughout my entire time dealing with them. I expect the same in return!

The owner was really professional and diagnosed the problem easily. I was very impressed by his knowledge and skills. My truck was repaired, and I was driving the same day. I did a Google search for what the average price should be for the repair? They beat the average cost by 65 dollars.! I'm very happy with this experience. These guys earned all of my business from now on. On a scale from 1 to 5? 5 being the best? I give these guys a 6. Real talk.

These guys are amazing. I make sure to recommend them to anyone I can. East Side Automotive is an honest shop who will do everything in his power at the most fair price around. Dave and his staff work hard and I have yet to leave without being extremely grateful that shops like his are still around.
