I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but after my recent experience, I’m beyond disappointed. I brought my car in for an issue, and not only did they misdiagnose it, but they also charged me repeatedly for labor and parts that did nothing to resolve the problem. Despite the ongoing visits and expenses, my car’s issue was never fixed. Now, it’s in worse shape than ever and no longer drivable. I’m left with no choice but to have it towed to another shop. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their service. Save your money and your sanity. Do not bring your car there. They are scam artists!!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of East Hill Auto for years, trusting them with my vehicles, but my recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I brought my 2004 American-made car, with just 49,000 miles on it, in for overheating issues. Based on previous cars I’ve owned, I knew overheating could lead to bigger problems, so I sought professional help. After five visits and over $2,200 in parts replacements, my car still overheated—only this time, the damage was worse. Now, I’m told my head gaskets are blown, and the only solution is a new engine, which is beyond my financial means. I even took the time to do my own research, finding possible fixes and presenting them to the shop, but they dismissed my suggestions outright. It’s frustrating to feel like I wasn’t heard, and even more so to now be in a situation where I can’t afford the necessary repairs. As a single father, I’m already struggling to make ends meet, and the thought of having to pay to tow my car away from their shop is overwhelming. I had hoped East Hill Auto would be the trusted service I’ve come to rely on, but this experience has shaken my confidence in them.

East Hill Auto provided exceptional service on my 2020 Subaru! They were able to remove the stuck drain plug from my vehicle without damaging the oil pan. Other companies either refused to service my vehicle or quoted well over $1,000. But the employees at East Hill Auto were able to complete the work carefully and I was charged a very fair price for their services. I have friends that also use East Hill Auto and they can confirm the great work these mechanics provide! 10/10 highly recommend

I had a terrible experience with East Hill Auto. Initially, they seemed friendly and knowledgeable, but it quickly became clear that they were anything but honest. I brought my car in for what I thought was a simple repair, and they gave me a long list of unnecessary services that were supposed to “fix” the problem. After paying a hefty bill, my car was still not working properly. When I went back to discuss it, they brushed me off and tried to upsell me on even more repairs. I left feeling scammed and frustrated, with my car in worse shape than before and my wallet significantly lighter. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy service. Save your money and find a mechanic who actually cares about their customers.

My wife and I came to East Hill Auto Services after visiting several other auto shops in the surrounding area as we were in need of last minute help preparing our car for long term storage. They were the only ones that were willing to take a look and see what they could do to help and do it immediately. We came back to the shop multiple more times before our car was ready to be stored trying to get unexpected issues fixed. Every time we came back the owner was there ready to speak with us and help get us in as quick as possible. They were all so incredibly helpful and kind, they were able to help as much as they could and do it so quickly.

My van had new battery and starter and stared making a click click noise before the vroom. I initially brought it to this location due to it being in walking distance to the Value Village and IHOP. I had my two children with me and it's easier to entertain when we have something to do and or eat. Any way the mechanic looked the van over and found a loose terminal on the battery. Tightened some bolts and it was fixed.

I normally take my car to the dealership. I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks and my daughter suggested I try their auto service and she would pick it up. Rommel is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. He called me back after they went through the car and he saved me thousands (versus the dealer) on what needed to be done. Got the car back quickly and it drives like new. I am foregoing the dealer and taking it to East Hill now.

After purchasing a new vehicle and being misled by the dealership, we had our engine light turn on and we didn’t trust the dealership to fix it since they misled us in the first place so we decided to take it to EastHill Auto near our home instead and within the short time they had the vehicle they immediately found the problem (which the dealership told us there was no issue it was just a faulty read on the OBD reader because of the gas cap) but EastHill Auto gave us a fair quote on the part & labor and within a week our vehicle was fixed. I’d highly recommend them! They were kind to waive our diagnostic fee since we chose to move forward with the repair. They also did an additional test on the vehicle after repair to make sure there were no more leaks or work needed. THAAANK YOU.

The whole team at East Hill Auto is friendly and informative. My car check engine light was on and they did an oil change. Junior explained everything in detail about the codes that came up and the work that would need to be done. There was no pressure or annoying sales tactics. Ultimately I decided not to do the repairs. They only charged me for the oil change and not the diagnostic fee, I felt that was so kind of them. If we have any more car problems we will definitely be returning. Great experience all around.

Don't go there. They seem extremely nice and caring, but when you leave, A NEW PROBLEM ALWAYS ARISES so you go back. VERY SHADY AND DISHONEST THUGS and THEY OVER CHARGE TO THE MOON. I'd rather have a crackhead during the apocalypse high off crack fix my car rather than go there. If they were the last mechanic on earth during a meteorite storm, I would not go there even if the world was flooding and there were solar flares from the sun and the moon would hit the earth.... I WOULD STILL GO TO A CRACKHEAD THEN HERE. BEWARE

Rommel the owner of East Hill is a kind and professional man. There prices are competitive and their work is fast and efficient. They stand by the work that they do and they are very knowledgeable about their work. Been a customer for about 10+ years now. When we are in town and my van needs oil change, or a check up he is the guy. EastHill Auto is the best.
