I don't even know how to start this review because I'am still bewildered of what they were trying to quote me. Let's start with the 3,101.37 for just getting my fluids changed on my vehicle which only has 52,000 thousand miles on it. I also have tires that I bought from them which has a 50,000 thousand mile tread and them to tell me that my tires were deemed to be unsafe in the state of Colorado, which btw I only put 25,000 thousand miles on them and then when I told the guy that I bought the tires from them then he says to me, " UMM AHH UMM WELL LET ME GO CHECK THEM AGAIN", and then he comes back to tell me that they were fine. First off I have a 50,000 thousand miles warranty and they tell me that they will pay for a portion of it and I will have to pay for the rest! That's a crock of B.S! A WARRANTY IS A WARRANTY! But anyhow i told them just to give me an oil change instead of the 2,000 thousand dollars fluid flush, I asked him how much it was gonna be and he told me 80.00 dollars and then when I went to. pay for my simple little oil change it was over 180.00 dollars! And then to boot as I was driving home I heard something under my car so I stopped to look under my car they forgot. to put my protective seal on correctly so it was dragging which could've ripped off if I hadn't caught it in time. I'm still debating to take this to channel 11 news investigates and expose them knowing that they were trying to rip me off and take full advantage of me because I'am a female!! Wow guys, you lost a customer and I will tell everybody not to ever go to your shop! If I can download the quote they gave me, I'll add it to this post! Oh and btw the purple. writing is my fiancé's. Unacceptably poor expertise and unsatisfactory follow up. I brought in a classic truck (1983) with a slight oil leak requiring a new oil pan gasket and a front main seal replacement. ~$2000 and a week later and I was given my truck back with the oil leak unresolved, and a new distributor installed with backwards timing. The technician assigned to my vehicle managed to: - release the vehicle with the original issue still present, releasing the vehicle to the customer without verifying all systems were working; - disconnect the tachometer cable and damage the distributor (releasing to the vehicle to the customer without verifying all systems were working); and - spend the better part of several days ordering the wrong distributor parts, then reinstalled the ignition leads in the wrong firing order (again releasing the vehicle to the customer without verifying all systems were working) This last one truly angers me because they released the vehicle in a condition which could have easily resulted in catastrophic engine damage if I hadn’t noticed and continued to drive it. I reached out to the service staff to resolve the issue several times at the lowest level, resulting in little acknowledgement unless pressed. The staff will be friendly to your face before you pay, but once your money is in their hands, any and all motivation to actually solve your problem vanishes. There’s a bit more to this story, I kept the highlights for brevity, am happy to share. If you just want your oil changed, this place can probably scrape through it, don’t go here for anything more complicated than that.

Time and time again the gentlemen have been lifesavers. First with my tires, then with my breaks and finally with getting a new battery. They have been helpful with getting me a loan since I didn’t have the money at the time. And they have been so nice. The time I needed new breaks they had it done before I even was approved for the loan. All I had to do was get the loan approved and I drove off with my car. Nice men and they do a great job every time I am in.

I have nothing but wonderful experiences at EAS. They always take care of me. For me it’s always been intimidating taking my car to the shop because I’ve been taken advantage of by people trying to over sell things that mean absolutely nothing to me. EAS always explains what it is I need and never try to oversell things that are good until next visit. They present timelines of when things will need fixed along with priorities. Amazing service and amazing staff.

There is no doubt about the professionalism of the mechanics working here. I think that professionals work here, and they know their business very well, but after the last visit, I doubted their greed, after their recommendation to start repairs for 5K dollars in a car with 285 thousand miles. Isn't that greed? It would be fine to simply offer, no, to describe the situation, that this is our last chance and also persuade to the inevitability of repairs without a choice. Yes, the temptation is great to trick into repairs, but not into repairs of a car that has been around for 14 years.

Going to a mechanic and dealing with any sort of car problems is my biggest fear. My husband is deployed and family is 11 hours away, so I am very thankful to have found EAS! Juan and Corey were so helpful from the very beginning and took care of the problem so fast. They are very honest and, even though I don’t have any knowledge about vehicles, they showed me everything and explained every step. So so grateful for them, and will definitely use them again!

I've been telling my neighbors to go to Eas Tire for any vehicle questions and maintenance. Ive been there twice now to check and fix things on my car. What I liked was that they immediately show you pictures of any issues on your vehicle that need attention along with what the charges will be to fix anything so you won't have any questions. I will now always use this store in the future.

Juan and team always take such good care of me and my vehicle. I always tale my laptop during oil changes so i can get work done. They have a great lobby, coffee and snacks. It's a welcoming atmosphere and they're straightforward withe about any delays or changes to what's going on. Definitely recommend!

Davis Repair & EAS Tire – A Cautionary Tale of Poor Repairs and Unfulfilled Promises I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with both Davis Repair and their sister shop, EAS Tire. My 2007 Chevy Tahoe has been through the wringer, thanks to their shoddy workmanship and lack of accountability. In June 2023, Davis Repair supposedly replaced my transfer case, but the problems never ended. By August, the transfer case had failed again and was replaced under warranty. Yet, within months, the issue persisted, and other specialty shops confirmed that the transfer case was still faulty. Shockingly, I later learned that used parts were involved, raising serious questions about whether Davis even replaced the transfer case properly in the first place. I turned to EAS Tire for additional inspection and was told the vehicle seemed fine. But that was just more false reassurance. When I later took the Tahoe to another shop for an oil change, they provided video evidence showing that the transfer case was still leaking and failing. The problems weren’t isolated to Davis Repair—EAS Tire’s involvement and supposed inspection didn’t catch or address these ongoing issues, which makes me question the reliability of both shops under the EAS umbrella. What’s even more disappointing is that both Davis and EAS seem more focused on saving face than on standing behind their work. They’ve avoided responsibility, even when evidence shows that the repairs were not done right. I’ve also had a door lift motor replaced under warranty that failed soon after, showing a clear pattern of poor service and unreliable repairs. If you care about your vehicle and want repairs you can trust, avoid Davis Repair and EAS Tire. Their commitment to quality and customer service has clearly taken a nosedive since EAS took over, and neither shop is willing to make things right. Save yourself the headache and look for an honest, reputable mechanic elsewhere. This review highlights your dissatisfaction with both Davis Repair and EAS Tire, showing how the issues with your vehicle were mishandled across both shops and warning potential customers of the risks.

I brought my pickup in for a new set of tires in advance of a trip I was going to take the next day. I had also been noticing that my truck had a bad exhaust leak developing. Erik was the person I worked with in the front. He said they were able to get my tires replaced ahead of my trip and I asked them if they could fix the leak. They worked through a couple of challenges and even came in early to make sure that that would be able to make my trip on time. I did not ask Erik or staff to do this. They stepped up and really help me out and did an awesome job on the truck. Thank you, Erik and team! I will definitely be back and refer friends and family.

I had called and spoke with Juan yesterday and made an appointment for this morning.He was extremely pleasant. I arrived and was treated with such respect. I was frantic that my alternator was going out . I was told they would run several checks and tests and that it would cost $52.00. After the tests were performed I was told everything was operating perfectly. I can;t tell you how relieved I was. I have never been to an auto shop were they didn;t try to sell you something that you didn't need. These guys are awesome and honest. When all was said and done Cory ( whom was also fabulous ) told me there was no charge.. Double WOW, who does that. I can only say that it was a great experience and EAS Tire and Auto on Austin Bluffs will now be my go to auto shop.Thank you Juan and Cory.

noticed my car was handling very different lately. With all the pot holes and bad streets I knew I needed to take it in. I have been to so many places over the years and couldn't find one I felt I would use again. From being non personable to being so focused on up selling they were not listening UNTIL I decided to go off of reviews and found EAS. I scheduled online, and received confirmation of the appointment. I talked with both Corey and Juan about the car and what I noticed. While I waited I received pictures of each thing they found needed attention as well as the order of importance. I have NEVER had that from any place else. Corey let me know the issues and the pricing and actually let me have time to figure out what I wanted done. I was then told of 2 great financing opportunities to help me out. I had everything done today and my car runs amazing. I have never had service like that. Very personable and I can't tell you how much that meant . Thank you for all you did. I will send people your way. I hope more people get a chance to see what a great,friendly caring service really looks like. Thank you again.
