For three years now, I’ve had a check engine light on my Kia. I took it to the dealership and after six visits and a couple thousand dollars they could not find the problem. So I was looking for another shop to take my car to and I came across Earthling. In a matter of a couple of hours, they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. They sent me a report which included pics/videos. They are very reasonably priced and very professional. I would highly recommend this repair facility for your car repair needs. My Tesla Model 3 needed a new battery. Earthling got me in the next day. They also replaced the cabin air filter. The service was excellent and the price was fair. I highly recommend Earthling and will use them again in the future.

I can count on them to give me honest guidance on what we need to do to keep our cars working the way we want them to work. Only shop I know in SF Bay Area that works on 2012 Toyota RAV4 EV with TESLA parts. Responsive staff, did works in reasonable time and cost. A model for other garages working with old gen and new generation electric cars.

Brought my Tesla Model S here for service. Did a great job with the refrigerant and desiccant bag for AC. Very impressed with the level of care and documentation of the findings and replacements. Made my service appointment at Earthling Auto as I waited over an hour for my dealership service department to check me in for a scheduled routine service appointment. I knew there had to be other options for servicing EVs and glad to find one closer to my home and on the same day. I was in and out in less time than it took my dealership service to even check me in! Highly recommend. Great lobby with WiFi, coffee and water. Respectful staff who have no need to continually apologize for the inadequacies of their department.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael H. He was super knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Never once did I feel like I was being taking advantage of. These guys are pros and look after your best interest. This is the only shop I trust with my Prius-V and Tesla. They work on gas cars too, but they for sure are experts in Hybrids and Electric cars. Best shop in the city, IMO. Will definitely be coming back.

The idiots at my dealership didn’t put the drain plug back when changing my oil, and it had all leaked out. The staff at Earthling were great, and I was inside their building for <2 min total. They sent me photo documentation with the details, ultimately diagnosing the engine as undamaged. This provides some great peace of mind.

I have an e-Golf VW - and have been taking it to the dealership for annual maintenance. However, I usually feel ripped off due to the high cost. This year, I took my car to earthlingauto and had a great experience. I was able to book my appointment online, they were quick and professional, and they performed the following service for $168: Top off fluids as needed Set tire pressures to specification Rotate tires as necessary Install New Maintenance reminder label Reset maintenance reminder Stamp maintenance booklet Perform multipoint inspection Highly recommended!

I used Luscious Garage for diagnostics for engine overheating and powertrain problem on my Ford Fusion Hybrid. I got the appointment quickly. They have a big waiting lounge with lots of books and magazines. Ran the diagnostic for an hour and gave me an incredibly detailed report. Suggested me to use the dealer garage as warranty might kick in. Great advice. Saved a lot of bucks. They even helped co-ordinate towing from their garage to the dealer's service garage on phone! Very satisfied!
