We traveled from WI to FL and ended up needing a belt replaced before we could head back. We were able to get in right away and it was done and ready a few hours later. He was very helpful and kept us updated with what was going on. Very nice guy and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

2025 Update: I've been back a couple times since my first time. Once to ask about an oil/filter change, which they ended-up doing on the spot in less than an hour with no appointment. Same fair pricing. Went last week for a sway bar install and an unknown noise. Moises told me he couldn't hear it but judging by my face he said to come in for another ride with him. After a few turns he did notice and told me what he thought it was and went back to the shop to double-check. They fixed it the very same day for a couple hundred bucks. Something that was driving me nuts for months. Couldn't be happier. 2024: A quick googling found me E T and reviews were right on. Alan gave me a quote in 2 minutes and told me he could do the work the same day. I brought him brake hoses I needed changed and he also performed an oil change etc. Car was done in 3 hours for $300. Quick, efficient, fairly priced. You sure have earned my business. It's good to know Miami still has great professionals.

best mechanic in town! had a weird problem w my camry leaking coolant into the A/C, required the whole front dash to be dug out...they handled it, no problem, even detailed it after so it was spotless inside. highly recommend!

This has been my go-to mechanic shop since I moved back to this area and every time I bring my car in for service, the issues are always fixed correctly on the first visit. Just today, I came in to get my brake pads and rotors replaced, and the team did an outstanding job. One of my lug nuts was stripped, and without hesitation, they replaced it with a new one at no extra charge. That kind of customer care and attention to detail is what sets this shop apart. I didn’t know the place, the first and only time i went i had issues with my car, first they told me one amount for a regular check up, then change the price when i wanted to pay with card or apple pay, then they try to scammed me saying i had to get a new engine which it wasn’t true, also i already knew what was the issue, i went just to confirm, then very unprofessionally they told something else was failing and then try to correct it, scammers. Alan is amazing, and a stand up guy - he will give it to you black and white. They fixed my blower motor and even installed a pair of rear shocks I just bought all for the best price I could find in Miami. Will be going back, and I suggest you check them out!

Can’t recommend ET Auto enough! Alan is a great guy; he doesn’t sugarcoat things and will tell you exactly what you need to know. My mom has brought her Porsche Cayenne there many times for repairs and each visit has been positive. Finding a great honest mechanic who exercises good workmanship in Miami is difficult, look no further!

Highly recommend My mom has been coming here for years and E.T auto repairs never disappoints . I recently had to come due multiple complications with my car, Alan (Owner and also mechanic) was extremely professional blunt and straight to the point great customer service and very understanding. My car kept flickering on and off, I came in explained my issue, I was immediately helped. Turns out my negative post battery cable was torn (he showed me the cable and where it was coming apart). The owner assured me it was a simple fix of replacing the cable, the cable was replaced at no charge! An honest mechanic is a mechanic for me!

The best mecanic in South Florida. Every issue that I had on my car was resolved immediately. My car had lots of trouble when I bought it, Alan worked on it and left it working like new. Great price and even better attention. I just wish my doctor was as effective as these guys.

I highly recommend ET Auto Repair! My wife and I were on vacation in Miami when our car broke down on us the day we were supposed to return home. Alan, the owner, was a complete professional from the moment our car was towed to his shop. He quickly analyzed the problem and was upfront and honest with a solution. He took into consideration we were away from home and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. His communication was excellent and we were very happy with the result. He even provided photo and video from the car repair to show us everything that was wrong and what he and his team replaced. Thank you, Alan! I've been living in Miami for 25 years and this is the first place that was PERFECT... They picked up the phone right away... They were very fast (same day turn around) They offered a great price for my repairs..(Driveshaft center support and guibo) other places quoted me double the price and rude. I will always recommend this place and will be every my cars to them everytime.. Thank you for your help! and the X5 is running smoother than ever... I will be back soon.. He knows you will recommend him to family and friends because of his fair TREATMENT, and great job done on repairs. He is AAA endorsed, that is hard to beat, plus hundreds of satisfied customers for dozens of years in business. I take company vehicles here, my sons,wifes, my car. Always done fast and efficient and always a good price. I, do not trust many people ,I would give him the key to my house to go hang out in. That's why he gets so many repeat customers. Highly recommend… Alan (Owner and also mechanic) and his crew are very honest and professional and the prices on parts (with warranty) and labor is probably unmatched. Definitely the most efficient and prompt service I have ever experienced in Miami. It’s hard to find shops as this one. Showed me the exact problem and pretty much handled everything else from there, making the process super smooth with no worries at all. My new go-to for sure!
