Dave and Mike are exceptional at what they do. My 2007 Lexus RX 350 had a complex wiring issue and they were very diligent in fixing the issue. They have expertise in Lexus and Toyota in particular. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very glad I brought my car to Dynamic and to Mike. He was friendly and upfront through the process, keeping me updated on timeline and other issues he encountered. It's hard to find a reliable auto shop, especially as a young woman - that being said, if I have to get something fixed, it'll be at Dynamic Auto Works!

I went by and asked if they were hiring and they seemed to be nice people so it led me to ask if they can work on my 2006 Acura RL in the next few days I will edit this review after the outcome of the phone call or the work being done.

Just recently moved the CLT and had no clue where to go. Searched for the highest rated shop and found Dynamic Auto works which was top rated for a reason. Mike was excellent to work with I was able to get my vehicle towed to there and handled everything over the phone. Kept me updated on the vehicle throughout my repair and had a faster repair time then any dealership that I contacted. Highly recommend to anyone seeking vehicle service.

My experience with Mike is that he’s a straight shooter, knowledgeable and honest. Helped me avoid buying a bad car through a pre purchase inspection and was great to deal with. Highly recommended

I have brought two vehicles here in the past year and these guys have always been a great help! Brake rotors replaced and battery/starter issues. They have been able to get me in quickly, fix quickly and priced fairly!

I have been going to this family-owned business for awhile now for all of my car needs and it is the only place I will go to ever again. As a girl in your 20s, it's hard to find a place that you know isn't going to use your lack of knowledge in cars for their profit. This place has been honest with me every step of the way and I trust them to do a great job every time. Highly recommend them!

My car was making a weird noise, pulled into the shop, was met with a friendly smile from a worker named David, he took a look at my car and after a short period he had my car fixed and had me back on the road!! Very great service and reasonable price!! Nana

Awesome staff, family-owned business that had me in and out in a day and a half. Businesses like these deserve to thrive, they seem to legitimately care about their customers and retention- and especially in the city of Charlotte that is a rare trait. Will be bringing my car here moving forward for all service and repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I have a 2005 LX470 that needed a new suspension and new power steering lines. Mike and Dave were up front and honest about everything. No “gotcha” charges. They had my car for about a week while they were fixing everything and Mike provided updates every few days. My car rides like it’s brand new all thanks to Dynamic Auto Works. Going forward I will only use them when I need auto work!

A review long overdue I'm not mechanically inclined enough to even reiterate the specific issues I was having. The same is true for the eventual solution, although I can remark the service was great, thorough, and cost efficient - topped off with an accommodating atmosphere. Will definitely return, if and when the need arises.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you’re looking for a reliable shop in Charlotte then trust me , this is the spot. I brought two BMWs there to get fixed. The shop fixed my cars and they did so at a decent price. Very Professional staff 10/10.

Long overdue review. I have a 2010 Jeep SRT8 and recently moved to Charlotte, NC. Been searching for a mechanic that I can trust in the area. Found Dynamic Auto Works and saw on one of the images my exact same car parked out in front of the shop. Been dealing with transfer case issues ever since I owned the car, but back when the car was under warranty mopar kept replacing it with the same junk mopar transfer case. I called Dave and explained to him my situation. With in a day he got back to me and couldn’t be more friendly and professional and had me come in with the car. He knew exactly what to do and had all the professional connections in the industry to get the right part for the car and had the issue fixed with in a week. Was almost ready to sell my car as I thought this transfer case issue would never go away, but since meeting Dave and bringing my car in to get fixed, it has been driving like new and I have finally been able to enjoy driving it with out the worries of the transfer case going bad. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue right away, but he quoted me an extremely fair price and was fully transparent throughout the process. Glad to know I have someone I can trust with my automotive issues and will certainly be coming back with any issues I have in the future. Would recommend Dave and the staff at Dynamic Auto Works to anyone in the area, truly professional, genuine and great people to work with.

Window wouldn’t seal and the auto shop fixed it for an affordable price. Especially compared to what the dealer said they would charge me just for diagnosis. Great owner and mechanics here.

Highly recommend coming to this Auto Shop! My car slowly stopped working yesterday and had the oil and engine light on so I had it towed there this morning to figure out what the issue was. Mike explained all of my car troubles clearly and did not try and upcharge me on things I didn't need to get.

This was my first time here and I love them. Down to earth, honest people who know their business. I've had so many bad experiences with automotive places in the past, that I am extra cautious now a days. These folks clearly want repeat business by being reputable and affordable. The two things I want in automotive care! I'll be back and I'll be sending others their way. Had to update my review. I left my first review 3 years ago. After having dealt with the team here at Dynamic for several years, I have to reiterate how good they are. They care about their customers. They have saved me $$$$ over the years that other places said I needed to spend when I didn’t. They even drove an hour away to help me when I had brake issues. I can’t say enough good about David and his group at Dynamic Auto!

Been here several times in the past with different vehicles, and they're always courteous, professional, and give great results. They ARE limited in some of the work they can perform (depending on specific model and type of service etc.), but everything they've done for me has been great!

Had oil change done on my GL 450 and service cost $45 less than a nearby chain service place charges for a “European” oil service. They have always provided my vehicles with excellent service with no pressure on any recommendations they provide. Most recommendations for additional service have been related to upcoming preventive maintenance. Also, they past services they have done have fixed the problems on the first try with pricing significantly less than a dealership. Highly recommend them!

I was blown away by how friendly, professional, and affordable this place was. I needed a few things replaced and the price was a fraction of what it would be at other places. As a young woman, sometimes when I walk into car places, they see me as a target to rip me off in multiple ways, but that didn’t happen here. This crew communicated well with me and made a stressful situation a breeze and now my car runs better than it ever has:) they even turned off my light on my dash for me and i appreciate the hell out of that! 10/10 recommend and will be returning.
