Our horse trailer brakes weren't working and I called Dyess on Sunday, he answered the phone and said be at my shop first thing in the morning. He not only dropped everything he was doing to help us but got the job done in one day and stayed late to finish and was priced fairly. Class act, I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dyess Customs for getting us back on the road.

Great facility and fantastic employees. Had an urgent repair that needed done and as on employee worked to get the part off my trailer, while the other was headed out to pick up supplies and get the part needed. They got me and the trailer on the round in just a couple hours could have been much longer. They did a great job getting me, the trailer and the horses back rolling safely.

I had a brake chamber ripped off on a curb. I got Coltons number calling around and trying to find road service. Colton came to me after he dropped his kids off at school and proceeded with getting the part as needed. We discussed pricing and he told me he was going to the shop and he would be right back. Colton is a great young man and seemed very convincing. He returned about 3 1/2 hrs later replaced my brake chamber and new fittings for the air lines and I was on my way. Everything was great except the bill. 674.30 for a brake chamber. I was shocked when I got the price. 150 for road call 260 for labor. He was done in 30 mins. Then 74.00 for a credit card fee. Not right.

Dyess customs has taken care of me in everyway Colton possibly could. Great and prompt service, from fabrication to diesel engine repairs. Bus has been running amazing since it left his shop just over 10,000 miles ago. All his welds look great on some fabrication work I had done. I'm very pleased with his work. Best pricing I was able to find around town. A+++

Had a brake lock up on my horse trailer. Dropped off with Colton on Tuesday night right before they closed. He had it back to me by 11 the next morning. Thanks again for getting me on the road so quick. Go here for service. They won’t give you the run around.

We unexpectedly had the water pump go on our Chevy Silverado Duramax during a cross country trip. These guys were local to where we broke down; they took us in, recommended an RV park nearby, which was necessary as the work took days to complete, but got the parts and handled the labor with as quick a turn around as possible, fixed all the issues and then some, and charged us a fair price. If you're in the area and need a hand, give these guys a call. Dan, Colton and Katie were all pleasant and professional.

Excellent service, Personell are all professional and courteous. Work was performed exactly as discussed and final bill did NOT include any upsell or surprise charges. (I don't return to those businesses). I liked the way I was treated here so much, we are discussing some custom chassis work on my RV.

Great prices. We have had several jobs completed by them. Fast and reliable every time. We needed a custom trailer hookup done and in the middle of that we asked if they could get a completely separate job done too. They expedited the parts needed for that and got both jobs done ahead of the original schedule! The best!

I have referred this man probably 30 customers. He took a trailer from me and sat on it for half a day before even getting started on it. I was told it would be delivered first thing in the morning. At 2 PM I finally went over there. The work was not complete. He then parked a pickup truck in front of it and chatted with some woman for ten minutes delaying the situation even further. Then he gouged me on the bill at $650 for maybe three hours of work. These guys are a joke.

We have been bringing Dyess Customs trailer and truck work for almost 2 years and we will continue to do so. Colton is extremely flexible, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We have been satisfied with Dyess welds and other repairs and pricing to the point that now we trust them with preventative maintenance on our trailers and trucks. I am most impressed with how quickly and with high quality Colton can turn around projects. 10/10 would recommend to others.

My daughter and I were traveling with our three horses and had an issue with a wheel bearing. We were halfway home, still 4+ hours away, and stopped on the side of I-35. They came to us, worked on the bearing and had us back on the road in no time! So grateful for their prompt, friendly service.
