Everything is always great here. I have an older truck and have had to bring it to them on several occasions for repairs. They always do quality work at a great price. I am very happy I found this place.

These guys are AWESOME. Diagnosed my daughters' 2012 Golf TDI and repaired all in the same day at an extremely reasonable price. I'd become numb to the BOHICA prices charged by the local VW stealership so I did a double take when Esmir gave me the total cost and timeframe and nearly shouted "AGREED" in case he was making a mistake. I wanted to get it locked down you know? Anyway, these guys are awesome and super well priced for what I needed done. I especially enjoyed the status updates from their Supervising Canin-Engineer, Teddy, who's picture I've included so you can know who to route compliments or complaints to. I'll be back for all my other cars as well when the need arises!

They are excellent mechanics. Very fairly priced. I was in a bind with my 2019 BMW X3. I had it towed to Durbin from BMW in Jacksonville. They fixed the car in two days . I'm happy I now have an excellent auto mechanic.

Esmir at Durbin Motorworks was a lifesaver when I had a sudden issue with my 2019 Mercedes. I was in town visiting my son, and as I was getting ready to drive six hours back home, my car literally wouldn't move. When I finally did get it moving, it made a horrible grinding noise. After reading reviews of auto repair shops near my son's house, I chose Durbin Motorworks, and I'm so glad I did! Esmir got me in quickly, promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and I was on the road without worrying about getting stranded. Esmir was kind, professional and efficient. Plus, the communication from start to finish was excellent!

Honest and fair. Been going here for about 2 years and not once have they recommended anything unnecessary or tried to upsell me on anything. They are also very transparent with pricing and on a few occasions where it turns out my car didn't have major issues, they didn't even charge me for a diagnostic. I can't recommend them more. Trustworthy and amazing service.

This shop was referred to me from my father. I must say they exceeded my expectations on a 2019 BMW X3. Not only did they fix my coolant leak, they found a hose that was cracked that BMW themselves missed. They called me and I authorized replacement. They are fast and professional. I am now a life long customer and plan on bringing my other vehicles there.

***Update Recent Service: Went in for an oil change today and they had me in and out. These young men are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always a great pleasure when I visit. I’ve recommended DMW to family and friends because they are the BEST in DUUUVAL!! I did mentioned this is a family -owned business??!! Thank you so much for your 5-star services!!. Happy Holidays!! Wishing Your Family a Prosperous 2024!! My BMW 528i CEL and Drivetrain malfunction was randomly displaying on my dashboard. When I arrived to have them do a diagnostic the CEL wasn't on but found codes for Turbo Wastegate out of normal range. The service tech adjusted linkages to spec. Car drove find until Friday afternoon while I was going to gas up at BJ'S. Made a quick phone call to DMI and explained to the tech that my car was sputtering. He knew that the car had misfire. I did not want to take a chance of driving it and causing more extensive damages so I had my car towed to the shop. The tech took a look at it and told me the misfire was caused my a faulty ignition coil and and he will have my car ready for me on Monday around 12:00 p.m due to the fact that they are closed on weekends. The tech was very prompt replaced all 4 spark plugs, 1 ignition coil and I got my beamer back at 11:00. I highly recommend DMI they are a family owned business, very knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable too. Matter of fact, the whole family is a delight even the dog! Hands down!! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Dennis and Esmir.

Went by because other dealerships couldn’t give me an answer. The owner took time to actually come out. Look at the car. Give me an idea of what was wrong no charge.
