Wow what an experience let me see where to start I called this morning around 10:00 a.m. to try to see if they had a set of used tires for a collector mustang that I own I got put on hold while I assumed the gentleman was looking to see if he had a pair I was looking for and he never returned to the call I finally hung up after almost 20 minutes .. so then I decided on the way home to go ahead and swing by there and see if that would be a better way to see if they had a pair that I could use and I was greeted by someone who didn't speak English and then I was directed to a car that wasn't even sitting in the parking lot of the shop to talk to a gentleman who I couldn't even see through the tinted windows once he did roll the windows down I asked him if he was selling tires he said yes I told him I'm the same guy you left on hold this morning. He promptly said he needed 5 minutes after after I've already been there at least 10 minutes looking at all the tires that are in the showroom and out front of the shop. Unreal terrible experience no customer service skills or manners . I said bye bye left I would not recommend this place to anybody sure they had decent tires although I don't know what the prices were... so good tires maybe try to get better people.

I drive 75k miles a year, and I go thru rubber like a porn star. I've tried many shops in town, and I'm telling you this is the place to come for used tires! Best quality used tires for the money, period! The fact they have great service and hard-working dudes is the icing on the cake.

These guys are GOOD! I went in for with a flat, I got a new tire and i was in and out in a very timely manner. They were quick, the guy was easy to talk to you and the price was good. Definitely coming back

They always treat me kindly, they don't price gouge me for price of tires, and they work swiftly. This is my go to tire shop! Can't wait for them to get the vehicle alignment machine up and running!

Couldn't get my tire off and they had to cut through my rim. Used my spare in place, told me back in March they would find a replacement for me, it's now June. I have called multiple times and left my info with them, I was told they would get back to me and they never return my calls. Did a botched job on the tire so badly that I ended up having to sell my car because it would cost me too much to fix it.

I had a flat. Pulled in and they had me up and running in time to get to work on time. Pricing was excellent and the service was phenomenal. I wanted three more and haven't gotten a call back. And called a few times and was put on hold without anyone picking back up. Phone service needs refining. All else was great.

This place is a ripoff. 1 used tire for 80.00 come on now . I can go to the south side and get used tires all day for 25-35 a pop don't waste your time or money on this place go to the south side of town

Not what it used to be. My go to for many many years, no mo. The manager starts with sizing your pockets up. Then throws a figure that resembles no spider. His pops was much better. The place down the street on El Paso resembles the good 'olDurango days.

Outstanding! I just happened to find them while searching for tires on Facebook Marketplace. They had the tires I needed, mounted and installed them within an hour. They even took off any rust and re-greased the hubs. Don't be fooled by the size of the shop... they do good work!

Best place in the springs to get your tire or even your rim fixed!!! They’re quick so you can even come on your lunch hour and still have time to grab a bite to eat after. This is my second time here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They’re honest about their prices and never try to high ball you. They fixed my rim in ten minutes after another place quoted me $180 for a rim I ended up paying 90% less than that at Durango! These guys got me back on the road in no time at all. I purchased a used tire from them before thanksgiving and the tread on it might as well be brand freaking new!! If you’re looking for a great tire place that won’t highball you and are full of amazing friendly workers then come here!! Don’t waste your time and money dealing with places that only want your money! Again best tire shop in the springs!! Thank you Durango you have a lifetime customer

Great people. Had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Plugged my tire where tires unlimited refused all because they just wanted to sale a new tire. Thanks Durango tires for the very fast and friendly service. Enjoy the 10 dollar tip. You guys deserve it.

Priced to high for used tires, I highly recommend Tony's tires behind China town on Nevada, super friendly and fast and $25 for used tires with 80 percent tread.
