Thankful for the fast service. Lubia is such a delight. Not only does she have great customer service, her over knowledge of what the car needs and name of parts is precise. She knows her work. Will refer Durango Auto to anyone needing work done. They saved me from the dealer's outrageous repair prices. I will for sure be stopping by if I need another repair. Nightmare. All you don’t want in a repair shop is here. Expensive, bad labor, bad diagnosis, inflated prices, fake quotes, obviously bad results. I wasted thousands on this shop, and they still tried to get more money out. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

When I tell you Durango Auto Service was a Blessing from God, I stand on that! I reside in Jax FL, but am allowing my daughter in NC to use my available vehicle. It was time for said vehicle to get an oil change, which she took it for. The horrible company she took my vehicle to with intent ONLY to get an oil change, said she needed an alternator for a ridiculous price, drained the brand new battery my daughter purchased 2 days prior and cared less about causing her to have to leave their establishment with my vehicle on a tow truck! This was even after paying over $130 for said oil change. Talk about smdh! Feeling overwhelmed, I instructed my daughter to ask the tow truck driver does he know a good mechanic. Oliver was a MVP also because he referred us to Durango Auto Service and provided the tow. My daughter even had to work. Before my daughter got off that day Lubia and her AMAZING TEAM at Durango had my vehicle running good as new according to my daughter and definitely for a better price. Being a mother this far from your child assisting them even further in this life, you worry when situations like this arise. Durango Auto Service made the circumstances worry free. Adversity turned into opportunity because now my daughter has a honest, reasonable, efficient and friendly mechanic shop for her and her family's needs. I love Durango Auto Service and they come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME!

I had work done about 7 months ago on one of my vehicles, I was very fairly priced and they helped me out with my payments. I am having car trouble again now and I called and she remembered who I was! She is extremely friendly and they did great work on my car. I highly recommend!

Hi Leehii came in with all kind of major problems with his 2000 ford mustangs nobody couldn't fix what was needed to get the car back on the road ... I was so frustrated with my car ,I had no hopes of ever driving my car again, until I linked up with Durango Auto repair they fixed my car like new... if you want professional work done and not over charging you need to call them they get it done right away a fix all that's needed... Love you Guys!!! I'm coming back when I have any problems to repair. Yeah Way To Go!!!
