Our jeep had repaired here, however we have a headlight malfunctioning and our jeep emblem on hood hasn't been replaced. We notify this shop bout this time and time again they suppose to fix this week. Its Thursday late evening and they still haven't call me.. We going to get advise from a attorney to proceed in a case against this body shop.

Had a tree fall on my little car, but it wasn't crushed. Mike got me in within a short time and the car was repaired to perfection! I had tried to work with another shop beforehand and it was nothing but a nightmare. Save yourself the time and stress.... Just go to Dunkin and let these guys take care of everything!

Very happy with the repair done on my vehicle. Owner took the time to explain each detail needed to be repaired. Also worked with my insurance company , therefore limiting my need to stay in contact with them

I had a bad experience with this company, things left unfixed, when brought to their attention they were condescending and ignored repeated request to fix.. although the body and paint work was flawless, the mechanical work was not completed and my vehicle still has a death wobble I have spent additional $$$ fixing it… prior to accident the vehicle performed flawless and drove with no issues… Would have loved to write a better review but I can not, so use them but do so with caution

I had my truck repaired by Dunkin after an accident and I have nothing but great things to say about the service they provide. Very honest and always happy to let you know what's going on. If I ever need anything done they will be the first place I call. Thanks for the fantastic work.

I hate that a low life backed into my truck and ran. But because of it I got introduced to Dunkin Auto Body. The repairs went as I was told they would. The paint looks like new. They even cleaned the inside of my truck before I picked it up. The people that work there are professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for taking such good care of my truck. Great job!

This body shop is amazing. Someone hit the back of our truck and did damage to the tailgate. Dunking gave us a more than fair estimate and schedules for a fix date. Our truck was in the shop and out in no time. The work was excellent and the staff is good Christian folks. They even touched up some door dings. They are amazing. Dunkin, Dunkin, Dunkin!!!! I normally don't do reviews unless I am SUPER impressed and Mike Dunkin and his crew just worked on my truck and he is AWESOME to work with all the way around. He has worked on my family's vehicles as long as he has been in business and this time it was my turn lol Mike is super friendly and he doesn't do the job halfway-- he cares about even the smallest details. Dunkin is definitely the way to go if you are wanting your vehicle to look good and done right and other businesses could really learn a lot from him if they spent even just 5 minutes watching him do his job. I don't trust just anybody with my pickup. Not only did him and his crew get the job done right, but they even shined up my wheels and cleaned the floorboard and floormats too 💖😁 If you love your vehicle as much as I do mine, don't go anywhere else!
