They are very rude and like to hang up on people no customer service whatsoever they need to be shut down. I wish I couldn’t even give them any stars. They don’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give them.

We moved to Pittsburgh a year ago and since then we have had the WORST luck with tires popping. We found Duke's as a reference from a tow truck driver. Tried it out and since then have used no one else. We have needed 5 tires between two cars in a year. (Again the worst luck with street parking near a construction sight by our house). They answer the phone quickly, always have the tire We needed and were by far the best prices in the area. They were also very fast. Thank you Dukes!

Favorite spot to get tires. They used to be cheapest around but I get it everything goes up now a days only issue I've had here was recently guy got mad because I had to pay with my card I don't carry cash on me slammed the door got really angry because he had to get up and come turn machine on I guess. I apologized several times he just wasnt trying to accept the apology just shrugged it off. As far as my overall experience has ever been going here was outstanding that's why this is only place I go

I was in a bind& had to either get somewhere quick or leave my car where I was-these guys killed it. Had me pull right in, plugged it right away& didn’t talk down to me at any point during this process. I’ll gladly tip this type of service any day of the week.

I was in a bit of a pinch being that it was the day before the long holiday weekend. I called several places around PGH to see if my new tire could be installed. Everyone was either too booked or closing shop early for the long holiday. Duke’s told me it was first come/first serve at 8:30am. I got there at 8:20am and they had me in and out with my new tire installed in about 15-20 min. Quick, easy, and cost effective! Highly recommend!!

These guys were great. Came in to diagnose a slow leak on both driver side tires. Told me I had some corrosion on the rims that was preventing a solid seal. Quick fix, in and out in 20 minutes. Fair price and great service!

Fast, efficient, and very honest. Went in for a tire with a screw close to the edge. Told them I wasn't sure if they could fix it, but they are upstanding people and told me it was fixable and did a repair at a very fair price when I was prepared to shell out for a new tire.

Outstanding service. Pulled up with two nails in my Jeep tire (they found a third) that the Jeep dealership “couldn’t fix”. They quickly got me in, plugged all three and were very professional, efficient and friendly. Will definitely be returning here for future needs and new tires when the time comes. A+ all around.

Quick, efficient, friendly. Was in town for a wedding and got a flat. Called Duke's and they took care of the tire right away. I was ready to buy new tires if needed but they said I had more life on the treads. Appreciate not being oversold. Great guys👍

They accepted us without an appointment, did all the work efficiently, and had reasonable prices. I asked to remove the summer tires from the rims and put on winter tires. Everything was done perfectly.
