Duke Boys delivered A+ service when I found myself stranded several hours from home and the nearest dealership earlier this month. Steven went above & beyond towing my car with care, giving me a ride, and even assisting me in getting all the way home.

Our car died at the “main” corner of downtown Duluth. Called my repair shop and they recommended Duke’s…(a short confusion as there is a HD towing company and also Duke Brothers). Freddie got to us in about 10 minutes and brought us and the car to our mechanic. I can’t say how much we enjoyed Freddie, professional, smart, thoughtful, customer focused.

They answered the phone on a Saturday evening and a truck arrived within 30 minutes. He removed a skid plate the was dragging on the road and was very professional. Very thankful for the prompt service.

Came to pick up my car after 2 hours from being towed. I had to wait over 30 mins because my car was blocked in and there were no keys to move that car.

Caught a flat on 53, Steven came out and towed me from Lake Nebagaman all the way back to Superior. He went the extra mile helping me put on a spare and making sure I was road worthy before taking off. The Duke Boys have great character and it shows that they really care for they're customers.

Duke boys saved me. My truck got overheated on the hills west of Duluth and broke down out in the middle of nowhere. My insurance told me I was on my own! They couldn't find anyone. I called a tow company, and THEY suggested the Duke Boys to come get my truck and camper. Steven, the driver, was so professional and quick. I was headed for the rv park after all. He even stopped by Walmart so I could get coolant and stayed to try to help me with my truck. I highly recommend that you call the Duke Boys first. They will take care of you and your vehicles quickly to get you out of trouble and on your way. Thanks, Steven, you're the best.

I was recommended to call Duke's by the garage I was going to take my dead Prius to. Glad I did - he jumped my battery after taking time to find the battery in the trunk and referred me to several shops and battery specialists to get it checked out. Saved me from having to pay a tow bill and a diagnostics bill at the shop. Customer service was professional and courteous. Would call again.

Had to get my kids car towed after an accident and they took advantage of someone in need. They couldnt give a straight answer on cost until we got back to the shop. Spent close to $300 for a 7 mile tow back to their shop. Then was able to find a tow back to South range WI from their shop for half that price..... Thanks Duke Boys.

Thanks again to Steven today. Out of 4 tow truck company’s I called. They were the best. The other 3 didn’t bother to even return my call. He was there in less than 15 minutes. Steven D was the most helpful and knowledgeable driver. He went way out of the way to help us in a crappy situation. -20 and stuck an hour from dukes. They drove an hour to get me and drove me an hour further away to a location that made my trip easier and his longer. Best tow experience I have ever had. Would not hesitate to use call Steve at Dukes. Best tow truck driver around. Also best price as well. Win win win. Thank you so much!
