The week before Christmas, a warning popped up on my 2020 Honda Passport that my "Transmission was too hot." The warning didn't make sense since there was no associated Check Engine light and the warning was popping up as soon as I started the vehicle (so no opportunity for the transmission to overheat). Still, I waited till the next day to see if it would pop up again - unfortunately, it did, so I called Duebber's and spoke to Jim. He was not aware of this type of issue and did not have any appts. until after Christmas. He did say I could bring it in early and they would try fitting it in between other appts., if possible. After scheduling of their soonest date, Jim went above and beyond. He starting calling around to his contacts at different places to see if they have heard of the issue and what their recommendations might be. He called me back several times over the next couple of days to give me updates on what he found. We both agreed I should bring the car in for them to look at - I did a day later, but low and behold, the message disappeared! I called Jim and he told me to still bring it and he would connect the analyzer. He did and there was nothing - it was as if the message never appeared at all. CARS! I appreciated all the time and expertise Jim put into this. It was far more work and effort than I have ever experienced from any mechanic.

I'm the owner of Gerard Heating and Air, and I wouldn't take my trucks anywhere else. Everybody who works there is the salt of the earth, from the folks at the counter, to the guys turning the wrenches, and certainly the ownership. Pictured below is what's left of an oil filter that they came to remove for me off-site on a snowy Sunday night. Who takes care of people like that anymore? Only Duebbers.

They really helped us out this week when we need a tire plugged in a hurry. They have done a few jobs for us and always have done a great job at a fair price. Nice people as well.

I am delighted to hear from my younger brother, who has owned my 2004 Camry since 2016, about the great treatment he’s received at Duebber’s. Thanks to their outstanding mechanics, the Camry is still going strong at the 20-year mark. My Cincinnati siblings speak highly of Duebber’s attentive customer service—makes me wish they had a franchise here in the DC area! Keep up the great work, Duebber’s!

Such great ambiance EVERY time at Duebber's !!! I do not think, nor can words express, how wonderful of an experience it is to deal with the people who make Duebber's hum !!! They are Professional, Courteous, Understanding, and Knowledgeable about their Business and they make sure each and every person who comes through their doors feels heard and taken care of completely. Never will you find a better or more dedicated group of folks, and additionally they incorporate each Customer into the fold and make them like family. They truly do want to take care of their people as much as they possibly can. I cannot say enough, except you should do yourself a favor and visit them once and you WILL be sold on them. They will provide you with a dose of good old fashioned customer service the likes of which you've never seen !!! Duebber's FTW !!

An Indian man of Indian decent came up to my car and broke my sunroof and proceeded to pour gallons of boiling hot water all over my children. Car has never been cleaner! Would recommend to family!

I have trusted my cars here for many years. Never a complaint about their work. They have been very helpful and friendly. Recently, I had problems starting my car, they came to my house, got the car and fixed the problem! Very friendly service every time I deal with Duebbers. Little things like asking how my mom is doing (she was a customer also before she stopped driving), or a cup of coffee, are the kind of things that, with the quality service, keep me coming back!

I took my Lexus RX350 in for service at Duebber's due to a vibration issue. They identified a sticking brake caliper and replaced the necessary components. They also rotated my tires and had the car ready for pickup quickly. I received a follow up text making sure that I was satisfied with the repair. Thank you for the great service!

Awesome. Been here before. Just restsrted. They're very honest and up front. Gave me several quotes on tires. Were honest about front brakes, even though I thought would be needed and air filter. Fair prices. Only thing they didn't do was reset oil maintenance warning, no biggie. Nice local business!!

Had a very simple replace a light bulb done today. They were quick and very reasonable($). If you need a quote on something, they are always able to get that information for you. I would recommend them to anyone plus the store carries a great selection of craft beers & wine! Thank you!!!!

I was on my way to drop off my dog at Happy Paws (another great place) and the tire pressure on my dash was warning me that my right front tire was down to a 9, so pretty much flat. After dropping my dog off, I ran to Duebber's (never been there before), which right up the street, to see if they could just put some air in my tire. They took it a step further and pulled my car into the bay to inspect it and it turned out there was a nail in my tire. So right then and there they pulled the nail out and were able to plug it and I was on my way in about 20 minutes! That's going above and beyond! Everyone was so nice, didn't act like it was a bother at all. They talk to you as if you've been a customer a long time. Thank you Duebber's! I'll be calling you for any other car repairs I may need in the future!
