These guys are awesome! Brought in my 2016 Audi A6 2.0T, as i noticed the car wasnt pushing out as much power as it typically would. Robby was the one who serviced my car and he was incredibly kind. He helped me understand what exactly was wrong with my car, which happened to be issues with the turbo, along with breaking down price points, so I knew I wasn't getting ripped off. The rental on them is also a very convenient servive they offer. The team here is awesome. Totally recommend!

I took my 2019 Jetta to Dubwerx to check my brakes and perform other routine maintenance. They were able to fit me in quickly and had my car ready the same day. They were honest that my brakes were operating fine and that they were about half-way to the point of needing any replacements and checked in with me before changing spark plugs and filters. They are always professional and easy to work with!

Dubwerx has the kind of car-side manner that is refreshing and welcoming besides being most proficient in solving car repair challenges. Over the holidays, my humble little 2017 Golf suddenly ceased mid-ride. I've never had any problems whatsoever with this car and it sports low mileage. The dealership where I had purchased it new (amongst five vehicles purchased there over the years) declared it dead and that it couldn't be fixed. I had the car towed to Dubwerx and they fixed it immediately with positivity and efficiency. Fancy that! So grateful I found them! They have wholeheartedly earned my trust and respect and I look forward to a meaningful future relationship! Thanks, Dubwerx!

The people at Dubwerx have always taken great care of my vehicles. They take the time to troubleshoot and track down all of the issues on my high mileage vehicles. They are the reason my Audi has over 300k miles and is still a reliable daily driver.

I took my Audi A3 TDI to two other mechanics before I found Dubwerkx. Neither mechanic was able to fix the car. These guys have the expertise needed to work on a German turbo diesel engine. The car is running like new and they got the work done in a week. Dealership quoted me months and cost more than the car is worth. So I highly recommend this shop

I was in town for a business trip in Cincinnati and for the first time in a decade had engine trouble with my Jetta. I had it towed to Dubwerx not knowing where else I should go and I’m glad I did-these guys are FANTASTIC! They were able to diagnose and fix my Jetta’s problem quickly, and were not only transparent top to bottom about both the repair and additional services I knew my car needed, but were able to get me back on the road (and in time for the holidays!) faster than any shop I’ve ever taken my car to. They turned something super stressful into a cakewalk and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys!!!

I had the APR stage one done on my ‘19 Tiguan and regret not having it done sooner. The people at Dubwerx are great to work with, very professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I plan on using Dubwerx for any future service needs. Also, if you’re hesitant about doing the APR upgrade like I was don’t be. Nobody will confuse your VW for a race car, but it will give you the extra hp that the Tiguan sorely needs (and should have come with).

Dubwerx was awesome! My Q5 had an issue while I was in town visiting, and they were able to get me in on short notice. They were great and kept in communication the whole time. I would definitely go back when in town.

I brought a new-to-me Beetle here for a post-purchase inspection. They called an Uber for me to take me home after I dropped it off. Liam was very communicative, transparent, and so helpful working with my warranty company to get as many repairs covered as possible. They answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. I would trust them to work on my Beetle again, and help me prioritize if money had been an issue with the recommended repairs. They cleaned up my car for me before having me pick her up, and left me a bottle of water and a cookie. Thank you, Dubwerx!

I had a few issues with my Volkswagen Tiguan that I needed to get checked out before I headed back to NC and found these guys through a quick google search. The reviews do not lie! I was able to schedule a drop off within an hour, Liam and his team had the problems assessed promptly and a detailed quote was sent over. I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed my car back by the end of day the next day and to my surprise, it was all completed by mid-day. Liam and Robby were professional, understanding, honest and courteous. I cannot recommend the work they do enough!! Thank you again!!

I hate finding a new mechanic, but after buying a diesel VW and moving to Cinci, it was an inevitable need. I am so glad I found Dubwerx! They are reliable and trustworthy, and I never feel as if they are pushing me to do anything I don't want to do or need to do. I always get coupons in the mail, and they always text me to check in on the performance of the car.

It is definitely time to update this review and no change to the star rating as 5 is still the highest allowed. This crew comes through clutch every time and if there is an issue, they own it and resolve as appropriate. Just this week I had an urgent tire issue and they got me in, assessed, and back on the road after repair on the same day. We are lucky to have them locally, absolutely recommend! I've been working with Ryan and the team for the last 11 years and there's multiple reasons why I keep coming back. In the front office Adrian and Evan are both helpful and friendly offering not only advice on maintenance fixes, but performance upgrades as well. The technicians do great work and the attention to detail shows e.g. zip ties to clean up wiring harnesses, fixing minor details that aren't necessarily part of the work being done. Pricing is not only fair, but quite competitive and they are willing to work with you on hard to find or aftermarket parts they can source through their vast network. As far as convenience goes, the availability of loaner vehicles is extremely helpful so that I can leave my car with them yet still commute to and from work. It's been great to see them grow and the newly updated garage is great, especially the reception area! Whenever someone asks me where to take their Audi or VW I never hesitate, it's Dubwerx all the way!

*2024 Update* The Dubwerx team continues to impress! I have been taking my VW here for regular maintenance since 2022 and and have received nothing less than stellar service. They are honest, quick, and accommodating and would recommend them to anyone with a VW, Audi, or Porsche. I recently had my Volkswagen in for regularly scheduled maintenance at Dubwerx. My experience was nothing but positive as the team was professional, helpful, and responsive to all my questions/concerns. I will definitely be using them for all my car maintenance needs in the future.

I came here for a pre-purchase inspection on a 2018 Volkswagen Beetle. They were great and saved me thousands of dollars. I am not super knowledgeable on cars so the staff took the time to explained all the issues to me in a very respectful and professional way so I fully understood. The paper work I received on their findings was very detailed and easy to read. This made it super easy to negotiate with the dealership.

Excellent service was performed on my 2003 VW Beetle. Will not take my Beetle anywhere else now. Dubwerx treated my car like their own and they went above and beyond to solve an inside door handle issue. I am completely satisfied with their technicians and customer service.

Dropped off the car for a “head to toe” inspection. They called and went over everything with me, were honest and up front about what should be done now, what could wait and based on my mechanical ability what I could do. They did not try and scare me into massive repairs, talked me through everything. I can’t say enough good things about this team. They even warranty their work. If you have a VW, Audi, or Porsche, this is the shop you want working on it, maintenance, repair, or even performance upgrades. You are in good hands with Dubwerx!

Dubwerx is the best when it comes to Volkswagen, Audi and most euro cars. I’ve been coming for years. Service is perfect, they even have loaner cars and or Uber services to get to and from. Friendly folks and they really care about keeping your car on the road and reliable! Got me for life.

I recently had work done on my Beetle at Dubwerx. They let me know the estimate of how much it would cost before the work was done. I was impressed with not only the professionalism of the employees, but also how clean the entire facility was. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by smiling and friendly faces.
