Hoang is an amazing guy with excellent customer service. I stopped in to have my sway bar repaired. He explained to me what the part was for, the danger of not having it replaced, and why it needed to be replaced. Like most male mechanics he didn’t try to get over on me. I would recommend him to anyone needing mechanical services.

I think he did an awesome job replacing my ac condenser and his price is fair, he also fix a couple other things for free while he was under the hood! I will be coming to him for future car needs and maintenance. He’s your neighbor car guy!

I had an issue with my breaks, so I brought my car to a different mechanic. The mechanic not only not fixed the problem but also used cheap parts and made the problem worse and claimed I had other issues with my car and needed additional repairs. So I decided to bring my car to Drive Rite Automotive for a second opinion. Not only the mechanic from this shop told me the true problem was cheap parts were used and fixed my car. I would highly recommend this auto shop. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic that will not take advantage of you.

He knows how to figure out whats wrong and fix it but he will get over on you, i got a new starter plus labor for 320. Stated a brand new starter will be 150 in stores but someone else told me it was dusty after 2 months of having it.

I have all good things to say about Mr Hoang:) he’s honest cool and very down to earth.I went in for a check engine light on my Camaro He is very detailed and showed me what he’ll be doing step by step. My car feels smoother driving faster and the noise is gone! He also pointed out another issue which was handled by Christian brothers a couple of months ago and now needs correcting smh I wish I knew about this place sooner! I have confidence that he can fix anything lol he’s worked on airplanes and said that it’s easier than cars!wow needless to say I’ll be back whenever my car has a problem!

I have been to this garage with Hoang for all needed work for my cars for 6 years. He has been treating me like brother. He diagnoses your car with absolute accuracy and he tells you what your car needs to be repaired. Extremely honest mechanics. He will actually advise you when repairs are not needed or how to coordinate repairs to save you money. His charges have always been less than dealers and also some other shops. I strongly recommend going here for your needs and questions.

I wouldn't take my fleet or personal vehicles anywhere else. Hoang is as honest as they come and spares no expensce using the best manufactured parts, oils and fluids. Clean shop, nice guy and great American business. Every time he works on my vehicles he mentions how much he loves this country and how he's living his American dream and appreciates every opportunity that pulls into his bay.

My 2011 Honda Civic was vibrating bad like the Motor mount was bad . Mr Haung diagnosed as carbon build up and did a fuel injection cleaning that corrected the problem. Honest and fair auto repair is very hard to find in 2023

My son needed maintenance service and tune up for his car prior to leaving out of town for college and he brought it to this shop. Not only did Mr. Hoang went above and beyond in making sure all maintenances were rendered but also was detailed on the importance of each rendered services. He ran several tests to make sure it was operational and no leaking will occur. I have never had a technician who extended this service before, even dealerships. I appreciate his passion in making sure the repairs are done right. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciate honesty and done it correctly the first time around.

This is a very responsible shop, in fact it's probably the most responsible shop I've ever been to, I had my transfer case fluid changed here, front and rear differential fluid for my GX460, this shop gave me The replacement was clean and the fee was reasonable, if I was in Houston I would definitely come to this shop to maintain my car

I am glad and grateful that Drive Rite Automotive opened near me.  When my Kia went out, I thought the starter needed to be replaced... Impressed with Drive Rite Automotive's work-ethic during initial contact via business chat and in-person, I was able to enjoy the weekend because my Kia was properly fixed. I drove from Dallas to Houston to visit my dad and my car had issues on the highway. It's hard to find someone you can trust when you're not close to home. I was lucky to find Hoang's shop. He thoroughly examined my car and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend him - he is awesome!

Hong is honest fair and does a great job and will honor his commitments. Yeah if there was a such thing as a honest mechanic, he would be the one to go to. So far, I've brought a Jeep Liberty and a GMC Yukon and Mr. Hoang has done outstanding ac repairs on both cars, plus brakes, discs resurfacing and suspension repairs on my Yukon Denali 2013. No complains man. I worked at a mechanic/tire shop myself in the past and I was surprised of the level of determination and care for the craft that this guy has. Find the problem and the fix the problem mentality. This guy has worked on helicopters before; believe me he'll get the job done. Prices are very affordable.

We brought in our Ford Explorer to get looked at after the water coolant light kept going on. Hoang is an honest, dependable, knowledgeable mechanic who takes pride in his work. He is very detail oriented and made sure to check if anything else needed to be looked at. We were very pleased with the quality of work he put into fixing our vehicle.I will be taking our vehicles to him from now on and recommend him to family and friends!
