Beyond exceptional service! The guys over at Dragonfly Automotive have really taken care of me like one of their own. After failing a smog and getting many codes back for bad O2 sensors and a bad catalytic converter, the guys put it together and solved my problem. After replacing O2 sensors, O2 hoses, a pcv valve, some washers and a cat cleaning. Hope was in the air! Was real nervous going into it after another shop told me I needed to replace my cat…which is not a cheap job…the guys over here assured me that everything was gonna turn out fine, and sure enough all went well! (For an amazing price too!) Julio and Fry went the extra mile to get me back on the road for much less than what other shops quoted. Real genuine and awesome guys over here, they’ll have me and my families business in the future.

I can’t recommend Dragonfly Auto enough. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing, even before I set foot in their shop. I initially called to get a quote for a cracked axle shaft after another auto shop told me it needed to be replaced, quoting over $1,000. Julio, who answered my call, went above and beyond. Not only did he explain that this issue might actually be covered by my local Mazda dealership, but he also took the initiative to call the dealership himself to confirm. Sure enough, it was covered, saving me over $1,000 before I had even become a customer. That level of honesty and effort blew me away. When I later needed a brake flush, I knew exactly where to go. Dragonfly Auto did an excellent job at a price that was significantly more affordable than other shops I’d checked. Julio and the team were incredibly kind and clearly focused on helping people, not just making money. If you’re looking for an auto shop with exceptional service, fair prices, and genuine integrity, look no further than Dragonfly Auto. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

These guys are a lifesaver. Super professional and quick. I took my Honda to the dealership but they said I didnt need an oil change/service. Boy, were they wrong! Dragonfly let me know everything going on with my car. It is running good as new. Thanks again guys!!! HIGHLY recommend 😊

I recently visited PB Certified for an oil change, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Brittany and Jim were both incredibly professional and friendly. They not only performed the oil change efficiently but also identified and fixed an additional issue in the car salon for a very fair price. I highly recommend PB Certified to anyone in need of car maintenance.

PB Certified Auto is simply the best spot to go for car trouble if you live in San Diego. Elizabeth could not have been more kind when I came in to get help with my timing belt this week. The issue was fixed faster, and cheaper, than what I was quoted by nearby competitors. This place is awesome!

I love PB Certified! I started bringing my vehicles here a couple of years ago. They are so friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing and repairing. Like a lot of people my catalytic converter was stolen. This shop gave me a more than a fair price to get it fixed. The staff was kind, courteous, and bent over backwards to help me out. They were excellent at communicating and worked extremely hard to help get my insurance claim filed. I will 10000% be back! Thank You!!!!

Wow, what fantastic service and the friendliest people! We called over here 20 minutes ago and they told us to come right over. They ran the code on our van and were able to fix it instantly. This did not feel like a regular auto shop where all they want is your money. They were incredibly friendly and so helpful. I will certainly be coming back with any problem that we have! Thanks!!

Steven and Liz are awesome! Over the past 3 years I've been taking my cars to them. They've fixed a starter, and alternator, done a brake job, and even helped with some electrical work on a fuse box. On the latest repair, the alternator, it seemed to work for a couple of days, but then the battery died. They took back in, updated a wiring harness that was noted in a TSB, and ultimately traced it to a bad alternator and replaced it under warranty. I've found them to be more than honest and pricing fair, which unfortunately is not common in mechanics these days.

Phenomenal. A local Franchise offer their services for $1100...…...PB Certified Auto completed for $303...….Attached are the invoices. .It is a Mom and Pop Shop thus you speak directly w/ the owners. Upon the completing the repairs, they displayed the part replaced, thus obviously broken. I will use their services for Oil Changes and etc. I meant to ask if he works on Motorcycles.

What are trust and quality worth to you? Was referred to PB Certified when I had a 4wd sensor issue with an old Explorer. I've long since gotten rid of that car, and moved to a much less convenient location (I used to live around the corner), but PB Certified is still my go-to for the basics (oil changes) and the more advanced. It's not Jiffy Lube, so you're better off making an appointment, but regardless, give them a call and it'll be time (and money), well spent.

PB certified auto is fantastic. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but look no further than here. I've searched and searched, and never felt more comfortable with a mechanic. The owners are fantastic. They're friendly and knowledgeable. It's the only time I've ever left a mechanic not feeling dumb and ripped off. They work on most makes and models. Their prices are fair, and did I mention they're friendly? They're super friendly. If you're looking for a mechanic your search is over!
