Seems this place fails inspection for profit something as minor as a windshield wiper and the price is double to have them replace them the guy doing the inspection is rude and has a bad attitude I was failed once for tint as well and it was factory tint I don’t know why I keep going back but this was the last time take your vehicle anywhere else!

Attempted to make an appointment online for 4 new tires. Was never contacted. After reading the recent reviews I'll be driving to tire warehouse where they've always been responsive to online appointments.

Do yourself a favor and find a real garage that’s honest! These people will steal your money and lie about it! Right now I’m filing a lawsuit against them with the RMV to show how they took advantage of a handicap person that totally lives on a fixed income! 1st they wanted to fall me for worn wiper blades? Have anyone ever heard of that? I haven’t and have had many cars and do mean many over the years and I’m 61 years old and have use them many times over those years! Mind they have been recently sold and shows the reason why! People NO longer trust them and they SUCK at what they don’t know how to do! Ok, second thing they said that needed both low beam headlight bulbs replaced because they weren’t working. That seems a bit weird just used my old girl 2 days before at Christmas and they were working fine! I will guarantee you that you will never have 2 bulbs bad at the same time especially when we’re working 2 days before! Let me add it was a headlight relay that was the problem. I got charged 40 bucks for the bulbs. I guess at least now I think there new. Now the best 3rd part charged me another 35 bucks for the running side amber indicator bulbs that were never changed! I changed the passenger side bulb and it works fine! So after all said and done they took me for a ride for 155.00 with still getting a rejection sticker! Yes 35 was the sticker cost but still charged me 120 dollars of money I don’t have living on an SSI fixed income! I have no problem whatsoever with paying for something that I need to keep my car safe and me while driving in it! I will be pursuing this to my fullest potential and have many family members helping with this situation!! To think this was a reputable garage for so many years!! I’ve been a Dracut resident for 40 + years and can only hope people read this and go with what you believe in! No one should ever take advantage of is handicap person where there wasn’t truth to back it up for what you didn’t know or fix!!

My family and I have been going here for almost 20 years. I've been going since my 1st car at 15y.o. Besides an issue in 2020, where they changed my tires and claimed that since I didn't tell them to align during the change, I had to pay $100 for them to align, I had no other issues with them. Since January 2023, I've been quite disappointed by their service. The inspection process seems to be a scam to get business and money. Also, why is adding tire pressure $5? It used to be free. I understand it's a business but doesn't have the same atmosphere. I like the service across the street as I've had a few things done to my car over the years!

I recently visited a Dracut Tire for an inspection and they noticed I needed an oil change. They were able to address it on the spot and were very helpful. I will definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

Worst place in town please trust me not even 1 star they took advantage of my wife when she trusted them for a car inspection and told her she needs to buy 4 new tires. Nothing wrong with tired she went another place for inspection and she pass . Tried to scam her to buy new tires

Tire light came on and when I saw Dracut tire shop i pulled right in. They were able to repair it very quick and price was reasonable.

Came in with a flat tire, they said they fixed it, the next day I had to put air in it back a few days later they fix it again and charge me again

If I could give 0 stars I would!! My 84 year old mother went there today and was told she couldn’t get an inspection sticker because her little sticker with the year on it on the plate was good but was on the wrong side of the plate. They told her to go to the registry to get a new one before they could give her the sticker. She was very upset and went home to try to peel the sticker and put it on the other side. She had to call AAA to help her get the new sticker. Who does this to an 84 year old woman who is handicapped and on oxygen?!?! Ridiculous!!

WARNING!!! This business has new owners. I just left after bringing my car in for an inspection sticker. The vehicle was REJECTED because the license plate was supposedly "worn" and the license plate light was getting dim. This place is now a scam. When i dared to question this, the employees would not identify or allow me to speak with the owner or manager. Instead a group of these employees stood laughing and smirking.After going here since 1996 to always buy my tires from DRACUT TIRE, NEVER AGAIN. Usually, there is a line of cars waiting for an inspection sticker. Oddly, today, there was not a car in sight. Now I know why. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGLUE!!!

I had a great experience here. I got four new tires at an affordable rate and they were done in a timely manner. The owner Emil was very helpful in recommending certain ties for our work fleet. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great job!!!

Don't ever bring your car to fix or do inspection sticker at this place I brought my car to get it inspection and say my windshield wiper is no good and want me to buy it from there place my windshield wiper when i turn on nice and clear no water on the window I seen more then 4 cars got rejected

If you’re looking for a guaranteed failure of an inspection sticker, then come to this place and bring your clown shoes lol I think the owner may work for the RMV as well as he is totally by the book if your car is not brand new from the factory, no chance stay away from this joke of a place by the way, I got a kick out of the guy you failed for the windshield wiper and your response is even more hilarious ha ha ha call place is a clow show

Place is a joke and i don’t recommend. They fail you for nothing. There are other better mechanic places somewhere else other than Dracut. Dracut Tire Place is a joke. Too bad there’s no option for 0 star haha.

Something just isn't quite right there. I was in for a tire patch last week, and I happen to notice the state inspector, for lack of better words, appeared mentally unstable. Lots of attitude, saying how he "hates his job", yelling throughout the shop. The mechanic in the next bay also started acting out, and it gave me the impression that the employees are dissatisfied, or they do not hire the right people for the job. My tire was patched, and I haven't had any issues since, but I don't think I'd go back, based on my impressions of what I saw. I think the employees, or even management, need a little self-reflection to see what's wrong, and/or if the job is right for them. Thank you.

This place is a joke they took advantage of my mother and lied to her and said she needs four new tires when she didn't, so they failed her inspection, everytime I would go there myself I never leave without a problem you want to pass there you need a new car that has never been used, any car that has ever been driven more than a year will fail with these scumbags, there liars and dishonest and only want to screw you over, if you have a choice don't go there unless every other mechanic shop in the world is closed and there your last resort

We moved to NH but have yet to find a garage as reliable as Dracut Tire so continue to use them. Professional, honest, and affordable. Have used them multiple times for repairs, oil changes, and tires. They are always timely and have excellent communication before repairs and with any other suggestions. Greatly appreciate their work and highly recommend them.
