For $45 I'll let the before and after photos do the talking. Just so you know, when I contacted their customer care, they told me that, without even looking at it, "this is the best we can do."

The service was great and quick. Two weeks later I came to realize that my windshield sensors were not recalibrated. When I called they advised that their recalibration machine is not updated and they could not perform the recalibration. I was never advised of this when they ordered my windshield and did my replacement. Now I have to pay extra money for someone else to recalibrate my windshield. Very unprofessional for a company not to advise their customers of this. Very disappointed in their company.

I tried their service , because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately, This is a very irresponsible company , don’t waste your money. Pls find a better place to get your windshield. Within weeks of a windshield replacement, our rear view mirror ripped out of place while we were removing our sunblocker shade. It took a chunk of glass out of the newly replace windshield too. How does that even happen? Later on, we discover that every time it rains more than half an hour, we get water leaking into our dashboard down to our carpet. That concludes they sell deflective windshield with poor installation. And they have bad time management, they kept changing appointment time , kept us waiting for long in the house . I regretted replacing my windshield here. I called to complain abt the defective windshield, but they refused responsibility. Don’t recommend this service provider.

Called Dr. Louie’s and had the Rock chip in my brand new trucks windshield repaired in less than two hours from making first contact. They are fast and courteous. First class service! I will definitely use him in the future when I’m in the Laredo area.

I have had nothing but experiences with Dr. Louie's for years and various vehicles. Today however, they let me down. Had an appointment for a repair. Technician never showed, and no one returned my calls. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed in their turnaround time to fix my window. I was traveling and had to spend an extra 2 days in Laredo. Overall, they did an excellent job in repairing the crack.

I’m writing this review late, but I have good reasons. I called in May 2022 to have my windshield repaired on my new Jeep Wrangler. I was scheduled an appointment and waited for the technician to show up; he didn’t. I wasted an hour and a half waiting for him. He finally called the next day and showed up a little while later. Not sure what the problem was, but it seemed to me the man just didn’t like me from the start after he arrived. He even made a comment I thought was odd when he said “Maybe someday I’ll have a Jeep like this.” The way he said it and the tone used wasn’t a friendly one. I had a simple “Star” pattern of damage on my windshield which should have been an easy fix. However, the “technician” simply applied some superglue-looking liquid and said he was finished after about 3 minutes of work. When I looked at the star there was absolutely NO improvement in appearance from before it was “repaired.” I have previously had similar minor windshield damage repaired with much improvement in appearance to the damaged area, but the repair was never completed in 3 minutes like this time. It appeared that this guy did the absolute minimum work he could get away with. I called my insurance company and voiced my dissatisfaction but there wasn’t much else I could do except live with the [poor] results. Now, nearly a year later, my windshield has new damage and I chose to have the repair done by a well-known national company. I’m sure Dr. Louie’s probably has some good windshield repair people, but I didn’t get one back in 2022.

They are good and they are fast. Just had my windshield replaced in my Pete and from the time they showed up to when they left was just around 30 minutes. This is my 3rd windshield in 2 years replaced by this company and I will happily use them again. Great people and great service. Thank you.
