I finally got fed up with the Maserati dealership. They wanted $2000 for an oil change. DR charged less than half of that and used OEM parts. Then I called the dealership to reset the maintenance light and they wanted $250. DR did it for free. The owner got on the phone with me personally. The dealership's service manager still hasn't called me back. These guys are great, will rely on them again.

I went to Dr Euro to get a second opinion on an oil leak. They took the time to answer all my questions and showed me the problem areas. They also found an issue that the first mechanic I went to missed. Their pricing was great and they got the job done in a timeframe that worked for me. Highly recommend!

Joel and his crew completed an entire engine swap on my Alfa Romeo Guilia after the original lost a cylinder. While it was not an easy task with many issues arising(not in his control), he always went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on and to complete a service he can stand behind.

Would not recommend, especially if you know nothing about the cars. If you don’t know what’s going on with your car, you’re their best customer. They will tell you they need more time with your car to find out what’s wrong with it, that will give them a time to actually cause a problem on your car so their free inspection time was covered it(money wise)lol I knew what was wrong with my car I even told them what was a problem, I just wanted to see what they gonna do about it. Of course they needed more time to check my car even though computer showed them a problem. I brought my car on the other day and left it to see if they gonna fix it. When I came back car is not fixed, instead they told me “the whole “rack” needs to be changed, it’s leaking, it’s getting bad blah blah blah” 😂 they said they called bmw and they want over $1000 only for the part. They showed me what “may be cause a problem” and pointed on the spot that seemed like leaking but to me it looked like they put that grease there. So long story short, I took my car back and went to my mechanic, fixed the problem for $60 in 30 mins. And the place where they said it was leaking my mechanic wiped it out and didn’t see any holes or leaks. Seriously take your car somewhere else. I even heard how they scare another customer when I was waiting for my car, how his car won’t make it and needs to be fixed like here, right now , the guy didn’t had a choice and paid over $600. Scare place to be. lol 😂👏

Joel and Marlon care about their customers – they helped us deal with a difficult car warranty company that was trying to get out of paying for a covered repair. They also helped us with an unexpected issue with our back tires. The team at Dr. Euromaster Auro Repair are knowledgeable and fair. We will be using them again in the future for any service for our BMW.

The service at this shop is very good. The channel of communication every step of the way ensures no surprises and managed my expectations. And the service to our car, even though it was brakes and a new battery, I swear made the car more zippy! Our new go to shop!!

I took my car to this shop over 2 years ago and paid 5000 dollars and the repairs are still not complete. The car is in worse condition then when I dropped it off with wires hanging from my trunk, the trunk won’t shut and not there telling me I never paid the 5,000 dollars and will not give me my car and refund back like I deserve. They offered me a loaner car with no brakes , no Ac, and with the check engine light on and then I was hit by another driver and even tho they have insurance they expect me to pay for the repairs. Again even tho I have multiple receipts showing I made a payment there saying there is no payment in there system which is very shady and makes no sense. At this point they have my money car and will not give it back unless I sign a paper saying I won’t sue them in the future if they give me my car back without a engine in it and fix the loaner car that was given. This has been the worse experience of my life and now I have to waste more money to get a lawyer to get this resolved. Please stay away from this company because they Are not very trustworthy people and they are robbing me of my money and car.

Excellent service and fast turnaround. Spoke to Joel in the morning and brought it in an hour later. Correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Picked it up about 3 hours later and good to go.

I have been using this repair shop for the past couple of years. The service I have received every time has been exceptional. They are very honest and professional people. I have had multiple European cars for the past 30 years in my life, and I am very delighted with their knowledge and expertise on any European cars. I highly recommend them.

They were very open and communicative about the issue that were wrong with my car. The repairs were also done in a timely manner. This is the first time I have been truly happy leaving a repair shop, and will definitely go back for any repairs in the future!

Took my BMW here for an alignment. They tried to charge me $400. After mentioning the dealership charges $220, they agreed to $200. Then they lost the post-alignment spec sheet. Now, 4 months later, I have un-even tire wear and will need to pay for a net set as well as another alignment. Definitely going to another shop.

Highly recommend this shop. My dad is a car guy so I have been in and out of a lot of shops. This is hands down the best shop in Austin. I found them on Google after a shop across the highway from them tried to charge me 3 times as much. These guys are very fair with their diagnostics and estimates. They are very fast getting the work done and really know everything about the cars they work on. Their technology allows you to track repairs better than most dealerships. This is your shop.

I had an appointment, arrived early and waited and waited, along with 4 others. Eventually 15 mins after they were supposed to open, a mechanic arrived, but didn't know how to run the front office. One woman just needed to pay and take her car, but he couldn't assist. After 35 mins and no sign of things improving, I left.

Great customer service! However, every other aspect wasn't the best. Every time I brought my car here (which was multiple times), it was returned to me quickly but in terrible condition. Multiple times I brought my car here it was returned with either missing parts or non replaced, screws in various places. Prices were pretty reasonable though. They are also one of most flexible shops around Austin when it comes to availability.

My car broke down in Giddings and was towed to Dr Euromaster. I had never used them. They were absolutely so nice and professional in figuring out the problem. They contacted me multiple times to approve of costs before proceeding to the next steps. My car was finished in 2 days with a very good price. Will use them for everything from now on.
