I had a great first experience with Downtown Ronnie Auto today! I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and went here based on all the other positive reviews. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly, the work was completed quickly, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy I went with Downtown Ronnie Auto. The front quarter panel on my Jeep was sideswiped, resulting not so much in body damage, but more in front end suspension damage. Mike not only arranged to have my Jeep towed to the shop, but was able to give me an estimate for repairs that morning, and told me I could pick it up the next day by 11AM (which was a Saturday). Sure enough, the Jeep was ready the next day at the time promised and the snapped parts were replaced for the quoted price. They even buffed out the fender and bumper at no extra charge.

They did an amazing job on my black Mercedes! There were scratches and scuff from someone side swiping and scratching my car. They were able to buff it almost 100 percent! They were very nice to me as well. I would definitely recommend and trust my car here.

I was told by my sister to go check out Ronnie. They did an excellent job on my CRV. Told them I needed the car on a certain day and they were able to get it done. Ronnie was a great help and he made it took brand new. Will definitely come back in the future.

My car sideswiped and I went to a couple places to compare quotes. Ronnie gave me a fair price plus I got a good vibe from him so I went with this place. They did a great job. There was one area I was not satisfied and when I told them about it, they re-worked on the area without extra fee.
